Small house near the beach

Pleasant little house with sunny courtyard. This house is located on a private road with parking space in front. Ideally located 300 meters from the beach and its restaurants, 50 meters from a bakery and a bus stop and 300 meters from a crossroads market.
Deauville is just a 5-minute drive away.

The accommodation: the house has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, the sofa is convertible which allows two beds. A pleasant room, cot and high chair for children on request. A separate toilet. A shower room.

Linen and towels are provided.
Beds are made upon arrival.

Gute Lage, um den Strand, oder die Bäckerei zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kleiner gemütlicher Vorgarten. Küchenausstattung zweckmäßig. Schlafzimmer, Toilette, Bad neu renoviert. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Zufahrt mit einem größeren Auto bedarf einer gewissen Aufmerksamkeit. Einbahnregelung.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons trouvé un très beau gîte, avec tout ce qu 'on peut attendre pour une location saisonnière. Très bien situé, à 200 de la mer mais surtout dans une rue très calme. En vélo, à pied ou en voiture, on a découvert et visiter beaucoup de sites.

Séjour agréable dans un gîte bien placé et fonctionnel.

Petite maison à proximité de Deauville (possibilité d y aller à pied), proche de la plage. Bien agencée . Hôte discrète. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Emplacement idéal

Petite maison très sympa pour 2, très bien située pour découvrir la région, proche de la plage et des commerces. Les plus : une boulangerie toute proche, maison située au calme, literie impeccable et linge de maison fourni. Les moins : les tabourets devraient être remplacés par des chaises pour le confort et la sécurité, un peu de déco murale notamment rendrait le lieu plus chaleureux.

Erholsame Ferien

Die Wohnung ist eine Hälfte eines kleinen Hauses. Alles war wie beschrieben, das Bad ist chic modern, die Küche eher einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist total ruhig, 70m bis zu einem sehr guten Bäcker und 300m bis zum Strand. Die Terrasse kann mit einer Markise beschattet werden. Bis Deauville kann man prima in ein paar Minuten mit dem Fahrrad fahren oder auch einen Spaziergang machen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen können.

Lieu calme et agréable

Location très propre et fonctionnelle avec, à disposition, des produits d'entretien, des sacs poubelle, quelques dosettes de café, du thé, des biscuits, papier aluminium, papier cuisson. Bref, tout ce dont on a besoin au quotidien.

Gite en bon état, à la décoration sobre et très agréable. Quartier calme. Proximité de la plage. Jardinet et terrasse sympathiques. La place de parking devant le gite et la boulangerie au bout de la rue sont des plus. Véronique, l'hôte est très efficace et réactive. Nous reviendrons.

A LOUER SANS HESITATION !!

Ravis de notre séjour dans cette ravissante maisonnette située dans une ruelle très calme. Propriétaires à l'écoute et très réactifs, logement très propre, literie confortable, petit cour ensoleillée avec possibilité d'ombre grâce à une grande tendue. Nous avons apprécié aussi la proximité des commerces et des plages. Nous reviendrons. Je recommande vivement.

Kultur und Natur

Gepflegtes kleines Ferienhaus, wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch kulturelle Einrichtungen (besonders zu empfehlen: "Les Franciscaines") und Geschäfte (Bäcker um die Ecke, Carrefour 8 Minuten zu Fuß) sind nicht weit.

Une belle location !

Jolie petite maison avec des installations soignées et de qualité, répondant à tous nos besoins en vacances. Propreté parfaite. Situation parfaite également avec la proximité de la plage (quelques minutes à pied), des commerces. Un parking réservé à notre usage. Sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux lors de notre arrivée. Toutes les conditions étaient donc réunies pour passer un bon séjour ...
