Beautiful all around

All great! The only small drawback was that wi-fi was difficult even when renting a modem from the management. If it makes sense to the owner, I would recommend subscribing to the cable internet service and providing a modem in the apartment.

Très bien situé mais un prestataire qui peu mieux faire

Un appartement bien situé mais une agence de location peu réactive et commerciale suite à des problèmes de four qui n’a jamais fonctionné (en panne à notre arrivée) et de propreté : poussière sous le lit, aérations Vmc sales, sac à linge sale, table induction sale. Nous avons fait du ménage à notre arrivée et l’agence Foncia n’a pas donné suite à notre demande de prise en charge du ménage de sortie...dommage
