Nice house, comfortable and relaxing. If you’re from out of town and going to the beach this is a great place to stay. Lots of beach supplies, helped us tremendously. Nice pool and relaxing area, pretty private all enclosed. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed staying here and were able to ride the bikes to the beach. But the water in the house had a very bad odor and the no-see-ums were really bad this time of year. The pool was full of little bugs and sparkles when we arrived and had to clean it a few times to be able to swim.

Thank you for your feedback. I wish you had addressed these issues with me so I could have had the chance to rectify the issues. Since your stay we have upgraded and installed a brand new osmosis system. As stated in the listing, South Venice has well water that smells of sulfur. The new system has alleviated that smell. Unfortunately, I cannot control the no seeums. Since you are local to the area you understand that when it rains those are washed through the lanai screen. I’m sorry you had the issue with sparkles left by the previous guests. We may have been able to take care of both of those issues if we didn’t allow you to check in early as requested.

Best VRBO we’ve ever rented! Michelle was an excellent host and her home was everything we needed for our family! We took our 10 month old, 5 year old and chocolate lab with us and it felt just like home to us from the get go! The beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious and the pool was refreshing! This home is 9ish minutes from Manasota Key Beach! Another big plus for us was the reverse osmosis water system! We will most definitely be back to Michelle’s place!

This house and location are excellent! The house is well stocked with essentials and with many extras. Pool and patio are clean and enjoyable. Our dog really enjoyed spending time with our family too. Our host, Michelle, was a wealth of information and very easy to communicate with. Overall, it was one of our best vacations and we will definitely be back!

The host and property were beyond fantastic! The house was very clean and well stocked, labeled, and prepared. The host communicated very well and was very helpful. The pool was great. We spent 10 days at Michelles home and loved it. The area was very quiet and we felt safe. The area is great for taking walks, close to stores and restaurants and the beach. We spent many hours searching for shark teeth on the local beaches. Michelle provides everything you could want for the beach, cooking and the pool. I am an early riser and very much enjoyed my coffee out by the pool watching Jack and Jill the two neighborhood bunnies while waiting for the sunrise and my hubby to wake up. We will definitely go back. A stay. Thank you, Michelle!!

Everything you need!

This home is a great place to stay while visiting Venice . Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The house is well stocked with shark tooth finding tools, beach towels and so many other things you don’t have to worry about bring! Also the host is very responsive and friendly!

This house was perfect for our family visiting for Christmas. The floor plan worked for early risers vs those who aren't, the kitchen was well appointed for meal preparation, and the host was prompt with check-in info and making sure our needs were met. Will definitely rent again if needed.
