For outdoor enthusiasts, Shamrock Park is within biking distance, offering scenic trails leading to downtown Venice, the historic train station, and Caspersen Beach.

Inside, the house features a thoughtfully designed split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both recently remodeled. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and direct patio access, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. Additional sleeping space is provided by a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, ensuring you have everything you need for preparing meals during your stay.

It was so easy to be here- first the house had everything as if you were at home. Second the location was central to everything! The owners communicated quickly.. there was a booklet with ideas of activities for you. The area is not super touristy, we went during July 4th and never waited more than 5 minutes to eat anywhere, parking was abundant, it was the perfect vacation for slowing down and soaking it in.

Perfect getaway

The property was everything we could have asked for and more! Clean with all of the amenities we needed - beach towels, chairs, umbrella etc. The location was central to beaches, shopping and restaurants. And of course the pool was wonderful for a late afternoon swim!
