Very pretty T3 house with swimming pool between La Saline les bains and St Leu.

house T3 with a lot of charm and cachet in a calm district in the middle of the greenery. Salt stone pool, outdoor lounge area with beautiful sea views and overlooking the pool and dining area at the back of the house on a cozy and intimate terrace.
Inside: Ground floor: A living room with open kitchen very well equipped, toilet.
Upstairs: 2 very large bedrooms including a master suite with bath, a stone bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
The house is terraced on one side but there is no noise or visual nuisance.
Beautiful sea and mountain views.
At the bottom of the house, 5 minutes walk, you will find small coves with crystal clear water and 5 minutes by car, the lagoon of Saline baths.
7 minutes by car, you are in St Leu.
The house is perfect for 4 people, 5 maximum.
2 adorable and totally independent cats live in the house: some croquettes and some hugs are enough for them :)
