Beautiful and comfortable property located in a quiet and calm neighborhood. Nice private yard where you can sit, grill, layout, or take a hot tub. Take a safe, 10 minute walk to a nice beach. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. Highly recommned and would stay again.

Montecito Long Weekend Retreat

We had a wonderful time in Montecito and surrounding areas and the Casita was perfect for our needs. Short walk to beach and village shops/restaurants and pet friendly for our dog. We will make this our go to location when visiting Santa Barbara going forward

Loved our stay at Lynn’s casita. The home is fully stocked with kitchen cooking essentials, spices and coffee! We love the outdoor space with spa and chaise lounge chairs. Also it is an easy walk to Miramar Beach and Montecito Village. This was our second time staying here and highly recommend!!

Perfect Montecito cottage

Loved this beautiful casita!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect for short walks to the beach or shops and restaurants. We really liked hanging out in the beautiful courtyard which was very private. The house was very well stocked and comfortable. Looking forward to returning again.

Girls trip!

Amazing Casita so close to the beach, restaurants, hiking and wine country. Private patio with hot tub was amazing at the end of our long days hiking! Easy walk to the beach with our coffee in the morning. Well equipped kitchen, comfy large sectional couch, and washer/dryer a bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Long Weekend

Long weekend stay in a beautiful part of the world in a casita that is nicely appointed, well located and managed/overseen by the owner. Can't beat that. Our stay was just right. Recommend staying here for anyone.

Wonderful Casita!

This home is beautiful and in a wonderful location for visiting Santa Barbara and Montecito. We could walk to the strip of restaurants in Montecito and getting onto the highway to SB was very fast and parking was super easy! I highly recommend!

Quiet getaway

This lovely cottage is perfect for a secluded getaway just outside Santa Barbara. Perfectly appointed, the house includes a hot tub, gas grill, a patio, and a chef's kitchen. Lynn was a perfect host, and I cant wait to return!

PERFECTION IN PARADISE! My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful casita over the 4th of July weekend. The location is ideal - steps away from quaint downtown Monticito, a 10-minute walk to Butterfly Beach (which was the perfect place to watch the fireworks on the 4th) and less than a 5 min drive to downtown Santa Barbara. The beds were super comfy, the home is bright and open, the kitchen is well stocked and the outside patio with the fountain was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the incredible weather. I can’t wait to come back soon!!

We finally found our perfect place in Montecito. We have stayed at other properties, but this one checked all the boxes. The Casita was cozy and comfortable. We loved having a fireplace on chilly evenings. The patio was large and inviting. The location was especially great. Quick walk to Coast Village Road or Butterfly Beach. We will be back.

A gem in Montecito - ideal location near Santa Barbara

We loved our stay at the casita. It is comfortable, well equipped and maintained, and in a great location: on a quiet road, close to the beach. Perfect for a family. The check-in instructions were clear. Lynn is a great host - it was easy to communicate with her whenever we had a question. We would love to return whenever we visit the area.

Great Location!

Comfortable casita with lovely walled in patio set in a lush established garden with fountain. The living room overlooks the garden and is quite private. It’s about 5 minute walk to Coast Village Road where there are numerous excellent restaurants (my favorite Tre Lune.) It’s about 7 minute walk to Butterfly Beach which is a lovely walkable stretch of beach. We stayed 3 weeks and would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay at an amazing home

We cant say enough about this property. Lynn’s home was warm, inviting, comfortable and in a wonderful location. We spent our Thanksgiving weekend at the Casita with our two daughters (a student and older daughter drove up from LA) and had one of our most memorable trips together. Easy walk to the beach and to the cute shopping area in Montecito and a short drive to downtown Santa Barbara we love love love this property! We definitely hope to stay again. Thank you, Lynn!

Quiet and Clean

The Casita is located an easy walk to downtown Montecito, and short drive to Santa Barbara and lots of restaurants, although a bit intimidating with all of the construction along the freeway and in the neighborhood. Surprisingly quiet, nonetheless. Cute place with all the amenities you could want.

Super cute casita!

We had a wonderful stay! I would suggest arriving when the sun is still shining because the area is very dark at night. Everything was very clean and stocked. The backyard is really beautiful and the perfect size. Location was perfect! Probably the only thing that I wish I would have been told before I booked was the "No activity or noise after 9PM". We didn't have an issue but, it is pretty limiting. 10PM during the week and 11PM on weekends seems more reasonable. Lynn, the host, was super sweet and very accomodating!

We live in a separate home at the end of the driveway which allows for great communication to meet our clients needs.
