Great Location, really enjoyed the stay.Easy walk thru the SBCC campus either to town, or the pier. We enjoyed the deck, great view of the ocean from the upper deck, enjoying evening times watching the sunset.Apartment was clean, and kitchen was very nice actually.I suppose the only little thing, is for the price per night, and the unbelievable cleaning fee, and the VRBO fees, the overall value due to the unit being older, was just OK. But beyond that, no issues.......

Sisters Trip

The location was perfect, very clean apartment, and beds were comfortable. Parking was a little unclear, as was access to the road/beach but we figured it out.

Beautiful View

We had an excellent experience. The two bedroom apartment had everything we needed and a great location. We could walk to the beach or to State Street. Plenty to explore. The management company is exceptional and they were very responsive to anything we needed. Highly recommend.
