900 meters from the Parc de Chambord, this cottage combining old charm and modernity was renovated in 2017. Cozy and functional, the place is ideal for a stay with family / friends. Consisting of two houses and an enclosed garden of 1500 m2. Less than 2 hours from Paris, 50 minutes from Tours, 2 minutes from Chambord, 20 minutes from Cheverny, a few minutes from the banks of the Loire, its enclosed garden, in the heart of the village (bakery and restaurant 100 m away) ensures unforgettable moments.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au Verger de Pauline. Nous étions 19 (adultes enfants confondus), en famille. L'emplacement permet différentes activités. Les commodités sont proches (15 min en voiture). Le gite est géré par une conciergerie au top, à l'écoute, très flexible pour les horaires et disponible si besoin. Nous recommandons vivement de faire une halte a Maslives, en logeant au Verger de Pauline.

Sejour très agréable

Les deux maisons sont bien adaptées à une grande reunion familiale. Les 4 enfants ont appréciés l'espace extérieur. Tous nos invités sont enchantés de leur week-end.

Séjour tres agreable

Nous etions 13 adultes d'une soixantaine d'années et avons beaucoup apprécié le confort, le jardin qui permet détente et repas barbecue. Un petit bemol pour la propreté des sols dans la petite maison, le pommeau de douche defaillant et le nombre trop limité de torchons. Les grands parents que nous etions tous ont imaginé qu'une barrière devant l'escalier serait indispensable pour eviter les plongeons au rez de chaussée....dans la maison a etage. La location est bien située dans un petit village et la jeune femme qui nous a reçus etait charmante. Donc une bonne expérience.

Bel endroit à proximité du parc de Chambord

Les 2 maisons , indissociables , l’une avec grand salon, l’autre avec grande salle à manger sont très agréables , des chambres spacieuses et un beau jardin. Un lieu parfait pour aller se promener dans le chateau et le parc de Chambord. La proximité de la Biscuiterie n’est pas non plus un atout négligeable pour les gourmands.

Un gîte idéal pour une famille nombreuse.

Des progrès dans la tenue du gite depuis l'année dernière où j'avais noté quelques problèmes, il reste quelques efforts à faire pour la propreté (filtres de sèche linge, poussière sur les meubles).

Un gite qui gagnerait à être mieux entretenu

La localisation est parfaite avec la proximité d'un excellent boulanger. Cependant, nous avons remarqué quelques anomalies; D'une manière générale, le ménage était très approximatif (toiles d'araignées, table non nettoyée) de plus il n'y avait qu'un balai pour les deux entités, une balayette et une pelle à poussière cassées et très sales, pas de serpillière. Un des réfrigérateurs n'avait plus d'aménagement de contre porte.Deux chaises extérieures en bois étaient cassées dont une dangereuse avec des pointes qui dépassaient. La vaisselle était mal répartie entre les deux maisons beaucoup d'éléments ébréchés, certaines pièces mal lavées... Des sacs poubelles grouillant de vers étaient restés dans l'enceinte de la propriété. Dans deux salles de bains il y avait, pour l'une un miroir cassé, pour l'autre un miroir mal positionné qui ne permettait pas de se raser ou de se maquiller sauf à se mettre à genoux. Des portes grinçaient beaucoup qu'il a fallu démonter et graisser. Bref, un ensemble qui pourrait être bien plus agréable avec un effort pour la maintenance.

Propriété idéale pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille.

Très bien située, au calme d'un village ligérien mais proche de nombreuses activités (châteaux et autres), cette propriété spacieuse, très propre et récemment refaite conviendra aussi bien à un court séjour entre amis qu'à une semaine familiale.

A very nice property, very well located to visit the chateaux de la Loire. It is in excellent condition, and well supplied with linen and kitchenware. The managers were very nice and responsive.
