A magnificent 16th-century villa with a swimming pool and sauna on a 5-hectare estate.

The Domaine de l'Olivier located in the Loir et Cher (5 minutes from the Château de Talcy, 20 minutes from the Château de Chambord and 10 minutes from the A10 motorway) offers a pretty pavilion of 320 m² in a former 16th century Priory with 5 attic bedrooms and a large living room of more than 70m².

The estate is surrounded by a 5 ha park in a quiet village.

Many indoor and outdoor activities are offered.

Interior of the house:
The rooms have a separate bathroom or shower.
- 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor, with double beds
- 1 dormitory with 2 double beds, a single bed and a bathroom
- 1 double sofa bed on the mezzanine level

Please note: 2 bathrooms are equipped with 'Sabot' showers (bath + shower).

- 3 toilets: 1 toilet upstairs and 2 toilets on the ground floor

Note that the toilets are independent of the bathrooms

We ask our holidaymakers to keep the cottage clean in the common areas: kitchen, dining room, living room.

An inventory of fixtures is made with the owner on the day of departure.

Capacity of the gîte:
The cottage has a capacity of 13-15 people (excluding children under 2 years old). The owner is entitled to refuse the rental or to ask for an additional 60 euros / day / person

The owner does not accept the installation of tents, caravans,... on the property.

Private parking is available to tenants.

Arrival and departure times:
- Arrival and departure at 4:00 pm (rental of less than 3 days – excluding school holidays)
- Arrival at 16:00 and departure at 10:00 (rental of more than 3 days or during school holidays)

As far as possible, the owner will visit the gîte and the facilities. Otherwise, the instructions (access codes, keys) will be communicated at the latest 24 hours before arrival.
