1 km Beach Downtown, 2 cottages on the ground floor of the House of the owner on ground and closed parking (lodging along route 625), terrace with garden furniture. Fenced pool (12 x 6-prof 1 2.50 m) open from May 15 to September 30, sun loungers. Beaches la Nartelle and all nautical activities in 2.5 km, shops at 1 km. Kitchen equipped with 1 sofa, TV to the wall 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 places and 1 bed 1, bathrooms. Terrace with sunbeds and garden electric heating. No depass. capacity tolerated, regardless of the age of the occupants.
