LOFT of 115M² on the first floor of a bioclimatic house. a living room of 65m² fully glazed, turned 180 ° to the south comprising the hall, a lounge area with a wood insert and a fully equipped American kitchen. Two bedrooms (a 140 * 200 bed and two 90 * 190 beds) each with access to the dressing room and the bathroom, separate wc. Gemütliches Jahresende in der Picardie

Angekommen sind wir am 1 Weihnachtstag aus diesem Grund erfolgte der Check-in nach Mailabsprache ohne Anwesenheit der Vermieter. Wir haben uns trotzdem in der Wohnung zurechtgefunden. Allerdings gab es keine Informationen über WLAN Code usw. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache die sich für uns auf französisch etwas schwierig gestaltet haben, hat uns Jean Marc dann am nächsten Tag den fehlenden Code vorbeigebracht. Ansonsten war die Wohnung soweit ganz ok aber leider nicht ganz so wie sonst von FeWo direkt gewohnt. Keine Müllsäcke, Putz-Schwämme alle schon sehr verbraucht, Kaffeemaschine und sonstige Küchenartikel sollten besser gepflegt werden. 2 Wandleuchten defekt. Der Kaminofen konnte nicht genutzt werden. Bei der Abreise wieder kein persönlicher Kontakt. Ablage der Schlüssel in der Box. Kennen wir nicht so. Der kurze persönliche Kontakt mit Jean Marc war ganz gut.

Attention !

Pas d'accueil, tout se fait par téléphone ou sms. Pas de climatisation contrairement à l'annonce au moment ou nous avons réservé (mention enlevée depuis). Pas de machine à laver non plus. A notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a expliqué que la climatisation ne fonctionnait plus depuis longtemps, que de toutes manières ça ne servait à rien dans la région et que beaucoup de gens vivaient bien sans ça. Et puis au prix que nous avions payé, il ne fallait pas faire les difficiles...Malheureusement pour nous, la semaine a été caniculaire et nous avons supporté jusqu'à 33-34 degrés dans l'appartement ! Evidemment, nous n'en sommes pas morts, mais le contrat n'a pas été respecté. Nous n'irons plus évidemment.

Pas d'accueil à l'arrivée ni pour le départ, mobilier vieillissant ( skai des banquettes qui s'effrite, tapisserie wc abîmé) et surtout ménage négligé. Des mouches à notre retour en fin de journée, partout, dans la chambre et pièce principale.... L'image est belle mais la réalité est décevante, le loft aurait besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit wenig schwächen, Preis Leistung Prima, sehr aufmerksame Vermieter

Diese Ferienwohnung ist prima für 2 Erwachsene mit Kindern. Gelegen in einer kleinen Stadt wo nicht viel los ist leider auch kein brauchbares Restaurant. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Imbiss, Metzger aber schon. Mit dem Auto in 15 - 30 Minuten, viele schöne Küsten mit Stein oder sogar Sandstrand erreichbar. Allgemein sehr schöne Gegend rundherum. Wohnung recht gut ausgestattet mit leichtem schwächen beim Besteck oder Weingläsern Betten OK, sanitäre Anlagen gut, nur 1 Sofa, 1 Essecke mit ausreichend Platz für 4 oder mehr. In der Küche sonnst alles vorhanden. Ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Frankreich gefällt uns immer besser, nette Menschen schöne Landschaft, schön zum Abschalten.... Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern auch sehr gut.

Nice, well appointed apartment in quiet town of Freville Escarbotin, good location for exploring the surrounding area. Quirky round shape and decor make it an interesting space. In August Freville is very quiet with most businesses including bars and restaurants shut, took us a while to find places to shop and eat. Good cycling around the Baie de Somme and bike rental available, great cycleways and flat.. perfect cycling terrain for families.
