New contemporary single-storey construction located in the heart of the Baie de Somme, at the entrance to the village of Pendé (5km from Saint Valéry sur Somme and 8km from Cayeux, near the cycle path).<br>It includes:<br>- A bedroom equipped with a 140x190 bed and a wardrobe, cot for baby<br>- A living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, bay window opening onto the ideally exposed terrace, television and wifi, a fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge / freezer, toaster, dishwasher, crockery for 4 people, 1 table and 4 chairs,<br>- A bathroom with toilet, sink, Italian shower and shelf<br>- A small laundry room with the washing machine and cleaning equipment (excluding household products)<br>- A private outdoor space with terrace and garden furniture, barbecue, shelter for bicycles (or stroller), private parking space on the property.<br><br><br><br>We don't take holiday vouchers yet.<br>A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking (bank transfer or check)<br>A deposit of €500 will be requested on arrival (returned at the end of the stay after inventory).<br>Linen - cleaning: 50€ (option required)<br>Electric heating is not included (contact us).<br><br>Tourist tax is included.
