It's just a short walk to the Discovery Trail. Across the street are the Peninsula Golf Course and Cove Restaurant. Snap Fitness is across the street, which allows walk-ins for a small fee.

Cedar at the Sea has a well-designed open floor plan and airy vaulted ceilings. The living room is made for comfort and coziness with two sofas, a 50-in Roku TV, and a rock gas fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen is well laid out and features a granite island/breakfast bar and an adjacent dining area with dinnerware settings for 6.

The spacious, private master bedroom features a King bed and 42" Roku TV, master bath, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom is bright and sunny with a Queen-sized brass bed. The third bedroom offers a queen bed. There is a second full bath off the hall, close to both bedrooms. Step out to the covered deck from the living room, with a full-size gas barbecue and a fenced backyard. The double-car garage features a ping-pong table for hours of endless fun.

Beach Access:
• This home is a short 10-minute walk to the beach and Discovery Coast Trail
• 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive to downtown Long Beach

Pets:
• This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs
• No more than two dogs are allowed at this home at any time
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog

Parking:
• There is a parking space for 3 cars.
• Two cars can be parked in the driveway and one in the garage.
• No street parking is allowed. Cars left overnight on the street will be towed.
• Additional public parking is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

Children:
• Children two and under do not count as part of the maximum occupancy.
• Amenities for babies: Pack N' Play, highchair, plastic plates, bowls, cups and silverware are available.
