Thank you for sharing your feedback, Tamara. We’re sorry to hear that the layout and number of stairs made the home less comfortable for your stay. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance and cleanliness concerns to our attention. The screens throughout the home have been replaced, and the other reported maintenance items have been addressed. We have also taken additional steps to address the musty conditions in the lower level, including the use of dehumidifiers and other moisture-control measures. Guest feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to make improvements to the home for future stays.

We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed the great location and found the space to be perfect for your family of four. It’s always our goal to provide a comfortable and spacious environment where families can relax and make lasting memories together. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another stay soon!
