We just wrapped up an amazing week at this home, and it truly couldn’t have been more perfect for our family vacation! The location is outstanding—directly across from one of the best beach access points in Ocean Lakes and just a short golf cart ride to the water park and other amenities. The porch quickly became our favorite spot. Every evening we gathered there to watch the nightly golf cart parade, enjoy the ocean breeze, and relax after a day at the beach. Honestly, we probably spent as much time on the porch as we did inside the house! There was always something fun to watch, and it became one of our favorite memories from the trip. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious enough for our family, and we immediately felt at home the moment we arrived. We made memories that we’ll cherish for years to come, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family—we’re already looking forward to our next trip.

Great house, wonderful location

We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers and were very comfortable in the house. The porches were wonderful, we spent a lot of time out on them. The property manager was very responsive and kind! The best part was how close it was to the beach and all amenities… we didn’t need a golf cart.

Amazing Beach House

This place was directly across a small street from the sand. You could hear the waves from all of the balconies. All 4 of us slept like babies in the plush beds. We would recommend this killer beach house to anyone. Especially for guys trips. The decor was geared in a neutral to masculine setting which ultimately is why we chose this house over all the others. We will be back next year!

Annual Ocean Lakes Trip

This was our 6th year visiting Ocean Lakes together as a family and our 2nd year renting and working with Cindy, the property manager, who is without a doubt one of the kindest, most professional and engaging people I have been fortunate enough to work with. She really makes you feel welcomed and the whole process so easy. This time around, we chose a home we’ve had our eye on for some time and it did not disappoint. There were 8 in our group and the house offered more than enough room for us to comfortably spread out. Everything was exactly as pictured. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equip with everything we needed and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The view of the ocean was incredible from multiple vantage points throughout the house from the decks, to the bedrooms, even the living and dining room. Coming from the Midwest after a long and cold winter, our family dreams about that view! The location was close to several Ocean Lakes amenities, many of them within walking distance which was great. We would highly recommend this property and cannot say enough good things. These guys have once again truly set the bar with providing a memorable experience and we will continue working with them for as long as they’ll have us!

This property and its Property Managers are certainly the standard that all VRBOs should measure themselves against. Overseas Holiday

Fantastic location, extremely friendly host, whom accommodates everything. Excellent location for all ages and very safe for children. We’ve loved our stay at the beach, we’ve had this booked for quite a few years but had to keep cancelling due to Covid restrictions. We’ll definitely be booking this house again. We’ve had friends on site at different properties of which were no match to this home, when they visited our location they were also impressed with everything. You definitely get what you pay for. Well earned break! Loved every minute of it…

Perfect GEM!

This was a perfect gem we found. Our son attends Coastal Carolina University and this property was a straight 26 min drive to the school. The house was extremely clean, with the master bedroom down. It was chilly while we where there but the ocean views are breath taking. Highly recommend for families especially over the summer. They have a Waterpark, basketball, ice cream shops, etc. Great for families.

Host profile image
We began having our family vacations at Ocean Lakes over 24 years ago! After renting a house where everyone could have the space to stretch out and relax, we never went back to cramming into a hotel room ever again. It took us 18 years vacationing here before we decided to build our own beach house and then in the summer of 2017 we became investors in rental homes. Using the 24 years experience we personally had, we dedicated a lot of time and effort into thinking and planning each detail of the house. We hope you enjoy your stay at Sunrise Point and we look forward to you and your family returning for many years to come to this unique and enjoyable property.

Why they chose this property

Plenty of parking for cars and golf carts. Corner location makes it easy to park under your house even during peak cruising times.

What makes this property unique

OCEANFRONT! Perfect location! Close to the water park, playgrounds, recreation center, all amenities!!
