Wonderful Stay!!!

My two daughters and I went down for a short getaway weekend and stayed at this beautiful house with a gorgeous beach view! Cindy was a very attentive host and we loved this clean and nice home. I highly recommend staying here and will book for future stays as well.

Perfect Family Getaway – Spacious, Scenic, and Full of Fun!

We recently stayed at this beautiful property with our family of six (four boys ranging from toddlers to teens) along with close family friends who have three kids of their own. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and well-laid-out the home was—it comfortably accommodated all 10 of us without ever feeling crowded.The location was a dream for our active crew. The boys absolutely loved having the basketball court right outside, and the nightly golf cart parades were a huge hit with everyone. The views from the house were stunning—sunrises and sunsets were truly picture-perfect.One of the best parts was how much there was to do without even leaving the property. Between the outdoor space, the amenities, and the nearby activities, we only left for our baseball tournaments. It was the kind of place where the kids were always entertained, and the adults could relax and enjoy the surroundings.If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be the grill. As someone who loves to cook outdoors, I’d love to see an upgraded grill in the future. That said, it didn’t take away from our experience at all—we’d absolutely come back in a heartbeat.Highly recommend this home for any active family looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable vacation!

We began having our family vacations at Ocean Lakes over 24 years ago! After renting a house where everyone could have the space to stretch out and relax, we never went back to cramming into a hotel room ever again. It took us 18 years vacationing here before we decided to build our own beach house and then in the summer of 2017 we became investors in rental homes. Using the 24 years experience we personally had, we dedicated a lot of time and effort into thinking and planning each detail of the house. We hope you enjoy your stay at Sun and Sand Point and we look forward to you and your family returning for many years to come to this unique and enjoyable property.
