Hello Dennis, Thank you for your review! We are so happy to hear that you found the condo and the views absolutely amazing. It was truly an honor to host you for such a special milestone as your 80th birthday, and we are glad you were able to escape the snow and enjoy the Florida sunshine with us. Regarding your feedback, we appreciate you mentioning the wait times for the elevators and valet. As the resort can be quite busy during the high season, these shared services occasionally experience delays, and we appreciate your patience. We also take note of your comments regarding the kitchen supplies; we are currently reviewing our inventory to ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable cooking experience. It was a pleasure having you and your guests stay with us. We would love to welcome you back for another celebration in the future!

Thanks for your review and feedback! Happy you enjoyed your stay. Host back with us any time🌴 Customer Experience Team, ZEN
