This charming house is located 400m from the sea and close to many shops, in Hermanville sur Mer, close to many tourist sites in the region (D-Day beaches, Bayeux tapestry, Caen, Memorial ...).
The house is composed on the ground floor of:
- Living room with sitting / dining area (TV, wifi access)
- Open fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge ...)
- WC, laundry with washing machine
Upstairs :
- bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm)
- bedroom 1 single bed 90x190 + 1 cot
- bedroom with single bed 90x190
- bathroom (double-sink, shower, bath)
- separate WC
You will enjoy our large terrace (garden furniture, umbrella, BBQ) and the fenced garden (with children games ...)
Non-smoking house. Our pet friends are not accepted.
The price does not include final cleaning (50 €) or linen (sheets and towels - 13 € per person). But you can also choose to come with your sheets and leave the house clean when you leave.
