About this property

Large comfortable house near the beaches, Pont Aven region

Our 160 square meter house is minutes from sandy beaches and all water sports. Fully equipped, our light-flooded house has a 900 square meter garden in an area known for its excellent seafood, beaches and authentic culture

 Our house is modern, 10 years old. It has a large sun terrace overlooking the lawn and surrounding gardens. The driveway has parking for up to 5 vehicles. Kitchen with dining area, large living / dining room, 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a toilet room. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, gas stove, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee maker. Wifi, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, washing machine, dryer. The house is for the exclusive use of tenants.
Household linen and sheets are provided.
Travelers access

Guests have access to the entire house and the surrounding gardens.

Exchanges with travelers

The tenant can choose between various interaction options with the host: French lessons and cooking lessons are available at an additional cost. Please inquire about additional services.

Schönes Haus mit sehr netter Gastgeberin

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit hier. Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß genug für unsere Familie. Auch der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war sehr gut. Sie war freundlich, immer für Fragen zu erreichen und bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Un séjour très agréable

De biens belles vacances à Moelan sur Mer La maison est top ! Bien équipée, décoration soignée , un vrai cocon pour des vacances en famille. Elle est située à proximité de la mer et du GR34, Génial pour les randonnées ! Accueil impec Nous y retournerons ça est sûr ! Merci Christine pour la prestation Au plaisir de se revoir !

Belle maison pour séjour familial

Nous étions trois générations pendant notre séjour et la maison s’est bien prêtée aux besoins des uns et des autres. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée, avec sa propre salle de bains, est idéale pour les plus anciens. Plein de ballades à faire aux alentours. Nous recommandons.

Grande e bellisma casa

Grande e bellissima casa. Eravamo in otto e ci siamo trovati benissimo: 3 WC e due bagni con doccia e vasca! Giardino con barbecue, fornelli a gas cosi' siamo riusciti anche a farci il caffe', ottima wi-fi! Padrona di casa (Christine) precisa e gentile. Abbiamo usato questa casa a Moelan-sur-Mer come punto di mezzo tra Vannes (1 ora in macchina) e pointe du Raz (1 ora e 40). Consiglio spesa a supermercato: Intermarché di moelan sur mer, qui trovate la birra artigianale Mor Braz fatta con acqua salata di mare! Spiaggia consigliata (quando monta l'alta marea e' spettacolare) Plage des Grands Sables, noi ci siamo rimasti dalle 18.30 alle 20.30....sembra incredibile ma e' stato cosi'!

Superbe maison, au calme et bien équipée. Nous avons passés un super séjour avec nos 3 jeunes filles

tres bon contact avec la propriétaire Christine . Elle nous avait trouvé un lit voyage pour notre petite dernière. Sa cousine Roberte s'est assuré que nous ne manquions de rien. Super maison et super propriétaire !
