47 Dune is an oceanfront property with a spacious home, private beach deck, and a private pool. Its a perfect family beach house for anyone looking to getaway.

The house has a wonderful layout for multiple families as it has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 dining areas. As you walk into the front door you are greeted
by stairs and a hallway leading to the first floor living area and the first three bedrooms! Once you enter the door, it opens up to the small but well equip kitchen with all of your cooking needs. Just past the kitchen is the spacious living room, perfect for family get togethers! Also on the first floor is fist guest bedroom that features 2 twin beds. The next guest bedroom has a king bed and access to the back patio. These rooms share the ground level bathroom as well. Also, on the ground level is the laundry room with an additional twin bed.

Upstairs is the main floor of the house. On the main floor, there is an open kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with ample cabinet space and an eat-in breakfast bar. The dining room has seating for 8 and is centrally located so everyone can enjoy meals together. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and ocean views. Just off the living room are the bedrooms.

The first guest bedroom features a king bed and shares a bathroom with the hallway. Next is the king guest bedroom with an additional twin bed, en-suite bath, and flat screen. On the other side of the living room are the master bedroom and bath with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the back deck. The back deck has ample seating and overlooks the luxurious pool deck.

Enjoy al fresco dining with the gas grill. At the pool, there are plenty of places to soak up the sun including a private sun deck and beach access.
