Charming cottage renovated for 6 to 8 people, quiet and 300m, by a footpath, the beach of Cabourg. Fully equipped kitchen, double living room, 2 bedrooms upstairs, new bedding, 2 toilets, terrace with trees and fenced, friendly atmosphere. Connected TV and WIFI internet access.
Access to the pool of the condominium from May to September, playground and marina with restaurants 100 m.
Located in the district of Port Guillaume connected to Cabourg by a footbridge, the SNCF train station is 5 minutes and the center of Dives 15 minutes walk.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, was wir aber kaum genutzt haben. Ein eigener Parkplatz vor der Haustür ist vorhanden, passt auch für große Autos. Es sind mehrere Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank auch an die sehr netten Vermieter für die unkomplizierte Buchungsänderung. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc. ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt allerdings keinen Backofen, dafür einen Airfryer und eine Mikrowelle. Ob die ggf. eine Backofenfunktion hat, damit haben wir uns nicht weiter beschäftigt.Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert.Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind zwar klein, aber ausreichend Stauraum ist vorhanden.Das Haus war auch sehr sauber, einzig die Dunstabzugshaube und der Airfryer waren etwas schmierig, hier haben wir dann selbst einmal drüber gewischt, dann war alles in Ordnung.Die Reinigungsgebühr beträgt 60 EUR, bei uns standen noch 50 EUR in der Anzeige, das sollte vielleicht aktualisiert werden.Es sind 6 Fahrräder vorhanden, damit haben wir mal kleinere Runden in der Umgebung gemacht, top!Die Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen, kurzer Weg zum Strand, sehr ruhig. Können wir absolut weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren zu dritt und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr schön gelegen. An den Strand läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. Es gibt schöne Wege in die angrenzenden Ortschaften, so dass man auch mal das Auto stehen lassen kann. Darüber hinaus standen auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Unterkunft mit Beanstandungen

Die Vermieter waren nett und freundlich, jedoch haben wir sie nie persönlich kennen gelernt. Die Unterkunft war anders als beschrieben relativ dreckig. Der Vermieter antwortetet zwar schnell, entschuldigte sich und bot einen Nachlass von 50EUR an, jedoch wirkte die Unterkunft so, als wenn schon länger nicht richtig sauber gemacht wurde. Schmierige Küchen- und Badezimmerutensilien, Kalkablagerungen, Haare und Flecken auf der Betten und den Böden, Staubsauger schmutzig und voll, schmutziges Geschirr im Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine mit Schimmelspuren. Vieles wirkte in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist mit einer Meerentfernung von 5 Gehminuten super. Zudem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Cathy et Éric. Tout était parfait ! Autant les instructions pour notre installation, leur réactivité lors de nos échanges, que leur jolie maison. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien tous les 3, dans un logement propre, bien équipé, à la décoration soignée, idéalement situé et avec un petit jardin agréable. Que vous soyez entre adultes, avec des enfants, ou avec un bébé (comme nous), vous serez forcément enchantés de séjourner ici ! Que la région de Cabourg est belle, nous avons beaucoup aimé (et malgré la météo capricieuse 😉)

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht (Waschmaschine/ Trockner; sogar Fahrräder für die Erwachsenen). Beachten sollte man, dass die Betten und die Bettdecken 140 cm breit sind. Notfalls kann man aber auch Bettbezüge von 100cm Breite nehmen.

Excellente Maison tout près de la plage

Schön gelegenes Haus, mit viel Geschmack dekoriert. Entsprach genau der Beschreibung und unserer Erwartung. Komplett eingerichtet, sogar Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Der Strand zu Fuss erreichbar und der Pool nur um die Ecke. Am Pool darf leider nicht Ball gespielt werden und Liegen muss man selbst mitbringen. Alles in allem aber sehr zu empfehlen.
