Cottage direct beach access

Cottage very pleasant to live for 5 people, it has a beautiful garden and a south-facing terrace sheltered from the wind.
It counts 2 rooms and a room of water / WC on the floor and stay cooks on the rdc.
Very quiet it is located in a large secure residence with direct access to the sea and near the Thalasso.
The city center is also close, about 20 minutes walk by the promenade M. Proust
We have 2 bicycles available

Localisation parfaite, proche du centre ville et de la plage.Propreté et état général très moyen. Un grand nombre d'affaires sont cassées, abîmées ou usées. Petite maison certes mais idéalement située dans une copropriété agréable et calmeNous avons apprécié l’accès direct à la plage par une allée privée ce qui est très sécurisant quand on vient avec de jeunes enfants. Nous avons trouvé dans la maison tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Une mention particulière à la personne chargée de l’accueil qui s’est montrée très sympathique et soucieuse de nous satisfaire.

Très bon séjour globalement, idéalement situé (5mn de la plage à pieds), juste gros bémol sur le ménage (toiles et araignées dans chaque pièces! …) ainsi que l’entretien extérieur qui laisse à désirer.

séjour top

Petite maisonnette agréable et bien équipée avec un bel extérieur et de quoi passer un agréable séjour. L'accès à la plage est facile sans oublier la promenade Marcel Proust et ses bancs pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Elle est bien située et surtout au calme dans une résidence sécurisée. Les enfants ont bien apprécié. Echange sérieux et rapide avec Patrick et Philippe. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dès que l'occasion se présentera.

Très bel emplacement pour démarrer une visite de cette charmante ville qu' est Cabourg. Les environs tout aussi attrayants sont à 20-30 mn (Caen, Deauville, Trouville).

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus - ideal für Familien mit Kindern

Wir haben den gesamten Aufenthalt genossen. Das kleine Ferienhaus hat für uns 2 Erwachsene mit 2 kleinen Kindern perfekt ausgerichtet. Der kleine Garten ist auch super, um die Kinder spielen zu lassen. Auch insgesamt können die Kinder um das Haus herum gut spielen, da nicht viele Autos in der angeschlossenen Siedlung fahren und auch das Haus an einem Fußweg liegt. 5min zum Strand und 15 ins Zentrum von Carbourg. Was will man mehr :-) Auch die Kommunikation mit Philippe lief sehr gut und einfach ab. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Z.t. noch verschimmeltes Brot im Schrank, Kaffeekanne mit Kaffeerösterei, überall Kalkflecken,... Reinigung ist im Preis nicht inbegriffen und muss selber übernommen werden. Daher sollte bei der Übergabe auch darauf geachtet werden, dass alles entsprechend sauber hinterlassen wird und sonst ggf. Ein Aufpreis berechnet werden. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem einen sehr schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder!

Agréable week end à Cabourg.

Cottage très agréable, bien équipé, et très bien situé. Très calme également et l’espace extérieur, jardin et terrasse sont fort appréciables! Il faut savoir que les draps , serviettes et ménage sont en supplément. Nous recommandons.

Ferienhaus Cabourg

Schönes Reihenhaus in einer abgeschlossenen Ferienhaussiedlung mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Zum Stadtzentrum ca. 15 min zu Fuß, es waren aber auch 4 Fahrräder vorhanden (wurden von uns aber nicht genutzt). Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Normandie zu erkunden. Der Parkplatz ist nicht direkt dem Ferienhaus zugewiesen. Man muss innerhalb der Anlage parken wo gerade Platz ist. Wenn man am Wochenende und spätabends erst anreist, gestaltet sich die Parkplatzsuche schwierig. Das ist aber das Einzige, was zu bemängeln wäre. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Excellent séjour à Cabourg

Petite maisonnette pleine de charme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le jardin était particulièrement agréable avec la météo parfaite qu'on a eue. L'emplacement permet d'aller rapidement à la mer et au centre ville à pied. La salle de bain est comme sur la photo, petite et fonctionnelle. Tout s'est très bien passé pour nous. Je recommande.

Petit logement dans résidence accès direct à la plage

Petite maison conforme aux attentes. La résidence est très calme et permet de se garer facilement. Les lits sont confortables. Dommage que le temps n'ait pas permis de profiter du jardin !
