Enjoy beautiful ocean views from this beach block house. This is a large residence with 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. This property is located just two houses from the boardwalk and beach. Spacious bedrooms throughout. Large living room, and a formal dining room that opens to the kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Tranquil wrap around front porch for relaxing mornings to view the beach and boardwalk. Very functional layout for plenty of friends and family. Highly desirable location near restaurants and shops. Shabby Chic shore home, charmingly decorated. Ideal family home to establish traditions and make lasting memories.

This rental includes 3 floors with garage and off street parking for 1 car, front porch, rear yard with outdoor grill. 1st floor has living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and half bathroom. 2nd floor has 4 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

This house was recently renovated and improved. newly completed renovations include: laundry room with new washer/ dryer, new large refrigerator and kitchen appliances, 4 new queen size mattresses, new grill and new front porch furniture.

This house is located in a beautiful part of Ventnor. This is a great street and great location. The Ventnor beaches are guarded with life guards and beach tags are required. We supply out guests with 12 beach tags, 3 bikes in the garage, some beach chairs, and more. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities, and all brand new this year.

Overall, enjoyed our stay. House was in a great location and extremely clean. Like the listing says convenient things like linens, towels and beach equipment are not provided. We had a small issue present with the AC but the owner was quick in communication and fixed the issue quickly.

Owner had good communication. But I’ve never experienced needing to bring own sheets blankets and bath towels. For the price being so high I was shocked. The neighbors were awful. Directly to the right harassed us most times we were outside. Street was super thin so parking was a disaster including the guy next door blocking us with barrel cones from the construction across the road.

Charming large period beach house

The location and size of this property is hard to beat. The deck is fabulous with pleanty of seating, a dining table and good bbq. Inside is spacious- there were 8 of us and it never felt crowded, even when we had visitors! 10 beach tags, 2 parking permits and pleanty of keys were all very much appreciated. The house was very clean and had most tech and appliances that anyone should need on vacation. There are a few things to be noted. It is an older property, as described, and is charming but could use a little tlc here and there. Of the 6 bikes in the garage, only 2 were in working order. There are 4 bathrooms but only 2 showers which are claw foot tubs with a surrounding curtain. Right for the period but be aware that might be difficult for some to use. As advertised, there are blankets but no fitted sheets, top sheets or pillow cases. Odd but not a deal breaker. Finally, there is no outside shower, but ther is a hose to rinse sandy feet. George (the landlord) was very friendly and responded quickly with our pre check in questions. I felt that he was reachable and would be happy to help with anything. The neighbours were also friendly with a good mix of renters and homeowners. We had a wonderful week's vacation in a family beach house with lasting memories for all.

Three houses from the beach

We were a large family group including one infant. The house is just steps from the beach making it easy to enjoy the sand and sun and water. The location is a huge plus especially with young children. The house is lovely and spacious and we enjoyed it thoroughly

Beautiful Spot Right Near the Beach!

I had a wonderful time with my family of six, including kids and teens (and our family dog), at George's beautiful property. It was sparkling clean, filled with everything we might need during our stay, and in an amazing location right near the beach. George was incredibly attentive, checking in upon our arrival, answering questions, and addressing any needs. We would love to visit again and will recommend George's place heartily!

Great beach house, great street, and perfect location

We were very satisfied. The house was very clean when we arrived. The house was equipped with all the amenities that we needed. The beds and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The front porch was the best. Great front porch furniture, great ocean breeze and we grilled and ate right on the large front porch. They only had a few beach chairs, but we had brought our own anyway. We will be back

I have owned and rented my private beach houses for the last 25 years. I have owned houses in Brigantine and Wildwood Crest, but this is my first house in Ventnor. This is a large beauty just two houses from the beach and is now available for family rentals !

Why they chose this property

This is on a private beach block street. The kids can safely walk to and from the beach. Enjoy the beach and ocean views from the large front porch. New comfortable porch furniture for the entire family. You won't want to leave !!
