Welcome to Camp Knox, a spacious lakefront home located directly on Lake George in desirable Assembly Point. The property offers more than 100 feet of private waterfront, dock space and a shallow sandy-bottom swimming area ideal for families.

The home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and nine beds, with four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Water views, west-facing sunsets and multiple outdoor living areas make the lake the focus of the property.

The main level features a large chef’s kitchen, oversized dining table and comfortable living area. The lower level includes a custom bar and game room with ping pong, foosball, a basketball game and television.

Guests can enjoy the private waterfront, lawn, decks and dock throughout their stay. Dock space may be available for an approved guest boat. Please confirm boat dimensions and docking requirements before arrival.

Camp Knox is approximately 10 to 12 minutes from Lake George Village, restaurants, shopping and area attractions while remaining in the quieter residential setting of Assembly Point.

The home is intended for family vacations and responsible group stays. Maximum occupancy is 12 registered overnight guests. Parties, events and unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.
