WiFi, Cable TV, Clubhouse, Fitness Room, Tennis Courts, 2 Swimming Pools, Shuffleboard Courts, Picnic Area with Grills, & Private Beach Walkway. Plenty of Restaurants and shopping close by. Historic Downtown only 5 Miles away. Dog Friendly (ONE DOG ONLY) with a $100 pet fee. Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler, Pit bull, Doberman, Chow, German Shepherd.
