Ocean View Beach Escape - Creston House 2 Bdrm 2 Bath Condo - St Augustine

Enjoy the sea breezes and spectacular ocean views from balconies on the main floor and the upstairs master bedroom. The private beach boardwalk is just a few steps across the manicured lawn. A large pool is just behind the unit. You can view the unheated pool from the main living area balcony and the master bedroom balcony. This condo is a perfect place to beat the crowds and relax at one of the best beaches in Florida.
This pristine family friendly condo is located on the beautiful white sands of St. Augustine Beach (Crescent Beach). The townhouse floorplan, located on the second and third floors of the building, has two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. The kitchen, family room/dining room and a second bath are located downstairs.
The spacious master has a king size bed. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper downstairs. Comfortably sleeps a family of five or six.
This unit has a wonderful open floorplan kitchen, updated furnishings, luxurious tile bathrooms, wood vinyl plank on first floor and carpet in the bedrooms. The exterior just received an update with fresh paint, new entry door, and new screen door. Recent safety upgrades include UV Germicidal System (kills airborne germs and viruses) in heating and air conditioning system to improve indoor air quality.

We are giving a relatively low rating for several reasons. One of them is that there was noisy construction going on on the outside of the building, and the parking places close to our rental were closed off for equipment. This is not under the host’s control. The second is that several components of the apartment didn’t work: the dishwasher was broken, the screens to the porches were broken, and the internet was weak which made it difficult to watch streaming programs. Overall, the place was clean and ok.

Amazing area on the beach for us to stay with our three young children. Close to areas of attraction without being in the center of crowds/noise. Beds were comfy and the pool was perfect! We used the kitchen quite a lot and especially enjoyed the balconies off the living room and bedrooms.

I Love St Augustine Beach

I love the beach view and closeness to the beach. I grew up in Palatka and this has always been my favorite beach in the worlld. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need for your beach stay.

Oceanfront Relaxation Paradise

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and fully stocked. We watched dolphins from the balconies, relaxed by the pool and hung out on the beach. This place is a slice of paradise. Nice and quiet. The staff were all very kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location

Condo is in a very convenient location to explore St. Augustine. Nice wildlife near the condo - we saw birds, pelicans, tortoises by the beach. It's a wide, white sandy and very walkable beach. Condo was nicely sized for 4 adults. Pool too was not crowded and clean.

What makes this property unique

Creston House is in an ideal location with immediate beach access on a slower paced part of the beach. We are right next door to Butler Beach park and across the street from the county maintained Butler Beach boat ramp. We find this spot to be calm and relaxing and hope you will enjoy it too.
