Ocean View Beach Escape - Creston House 2 Bdrm 2 Bath Condo - St Augustine

Enjoy the sea breezes and spectacular ocean views from balconies on the main floor and the upstairs master bedroom. The private beach boardwalk is just a few steps across the manicured lawn. A large pool is just behind the unit. You can view the unheated pool from the main living area balcony and the master bedroom balcony. This condo is a perfect place to beat the crowds and relax at one of the best beaches in Florida.
This pristine family friendly condo is located on the beautiful white sands of St. Augustine Beach (Crescent Beach). The townhouse floorplan, located on the second and third floors of the building, has two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. The kitchen, family room/dining room and a second bath are located downstairs.
The spacious master has a king size bed. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper downstairs. Comfortably sleeps a family of five or six.
This unit has a wonderful open floorplan kitchen, updated furnishings, luxurious tile bathrooms, wood vinyl plank on first floor and carpet in the bedrooms. The exterior just received an update with fresh paint, new entry door, and new screen door. Recent safety upgrades include UV Germicidal System (kills airborne germs and viruses) in heating and air conditioning system to improve indoor air quality.

This was a great location! Beautiful view of the ocean, easy and quick walk to beach, comfortable beds, and I have to comment on the towels! We have rented many vacation homes with towel “service” and they are thin never soft. These towels were thick and soft and so appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

Hi Martha, Thank you for the review and the five stars. You are correct that our property is an Ocean View property (as described) and not an Ocean Front property. We provide a photo labelled "View from living room across pool to the ocean" which is 100% accurate. The aerial view of the property also shows the walkway over the sand dunes to the actual beach. All of the properties in this area have a sand dune separating the property from the actual beach. I hope you will rent from us again.

Creston House is in an ideal location with immediate beach access on a slower paced part of the beach. We are right next door to Butler Beach park and across the street from the county maintained Butler Beach boat ramp. We find this spot to be calm and relaxing and hope you will enjoy it too.
