You will fall in love with this balcony, I guarantee!! Designer decorated & fully remodeled, very clean and bright apartment with amazing finishes. Clean white new kitchen fully equiped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, indoor BBQ, air fryer, grill, oven, dishes and utensils, wine glasses and water purifier. Porcelain floors, mirrored wall on dining area. Enjoy the comforts of a 5 star hotel in this truly spectacular apartment. Extra large Master Bedroom with a California King size bed, Large wall mount TV, a beautiful Italian desk, a computer & printer. A walk-in closet with mirrors and plenty of storage. Double beds on the 2nd bedroom, a desk, linen closet and walk-in closet. Plenty of closets for storage. Jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms. You will fall in love with the views, this property is unlike any other. The balcony is amazing! the apartment is gorgeous, clean, bright and airy, not cluttered and very comfortable and cozy with high end finishes and beautiful decor and expensive furniture. We absolutely love this apartment and will be honored to share it with you. Thank you for considering it.
What makes this property unique
When we saw this unit for the first time in 2005 we saw heaven! Being in that balcony that is so large and spacious, looking out to the horizon seeing that massive ocean in front of you is so glorious, we fell in love and had to buy it. Since we bought it we've poured love and money into it and today it is at it's prime.
We're still continuing to make it better everyday. I can't recommend it enough, I really mean it, it's fabulous.
