Wrap around balcony and full pool and ocean front view, visible from every window. Master Suit has a separate door to the balcony as well as a large walk in closet with a renovated bathroom. Guest bedroom contains two queen size beds and ample storage, also with a renovated bathroom. Up to date kitchen with brand new stainless steal appliances are available.

Building equipped with full lobby, gym, game room, library, pool, direct beach access, valet parking, and 24 hour security. Walking distance to many high end resorts, fabulous dining, and a 5 minute drive to the famous Gulf Stream Casino with Horse races, shops, restaurants, and live music. Beautiful oceanfront condo

We stayed for 7 weeks and greatly enjoyed the gorgeous views from the huge wraparound balcony. The condo is very spacious and has a huge master bedroom with views of the ocean and pool. The second bedroom also has views of the pool and ocean and is complete with two queen beds. Wonderful stay!

Great vacation spot

The apartment and the building felt like home while we were there. Suny was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Not at lot of services within walking distance but if you have a car it’s a short drive to lots of options.

Super bel emplacement, terrasse magnifique!

Beau condo par contre fauteuil et lits un peu vieillot ainsi que l’équipement de cuisine; la piscine a été fermée pendant 2/3 semaines à la fin de notre séjour et nous n’avions pas été avisé lors de la location du condo!

Thank you Lina for the review, as far as the sofa / mattresses just because you prefer very firm mattress does not mean the mattresses in the unit old fashion, for the record I do change them every 3 years and top of the line quality! As for the pool I have no control or neither knowledge about the closing until I receive the email from the management (due to emergency repair) then I forwarded it to you immediately! When I visited you in the unit you were very happy and you were impressed how clean the unit is and you wanted to reserve the unit for next year for longer period of time for next year!

This is a good one!

There are many things I liked about this condo. 1. The view is incredible. 2. The condo is very spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. 3. The pool is very nice and right on the beach. 4. Suny is so nice and very accommodating. 5. Plenty of towels, a well stocked kitchen, and beach chairs and toys. We will stay here again.

Amazing experience on our one month stay on this ocean front property. Impeccable views of the ocean , sunrise . Easy beach access and a 20 min walk on the beach to Hollywood beach boardwalk. The apartment is so spacious .. it was perfect for my wife and I since we are on working / vacatipn

Perfect place in the Paradise

Excellent appartment right on the beach with spectacular view. The property is sparkley clean and very well maintained. It has everything what you need for a perfect vacation on the beach. Amazing!!! And those views!!

Breathtaking, Amazing, Clean, Friendly, Beautiful- Those are just a few words to describe this property. This is by far the best place I have ever stayed in Florida and I have stayed several times. The views from the condo are almost indescribable. They are spectacular. You cannot beat the views or the location. The staff at the condo is very friendly. The condo is impeccable inside and out. The owner is very easy to work with and keeps in touch to make sure everything is just right. The pool was always clean and heated which was a bonus. I cannot say enough about this listing. If you have the chance to stay here, do not pass it up. It is an experience that you will not forget. I will definitely return in the future.

Excellent property and the owner is a total sweetheart

The overall process was so easy and the condo was excellent. Amenities were very clean and all accommodations excellent. The staff was very attending and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to all. I just stayed there and had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience ever. All I can say is amazing experience.

Incredible property

Last year we stayed in an oceanfront condo in mid Miami Beach and thought it so great. I fought to get it again this year, but it was not available. So I looked and looked and found this in Hollywood, Florida, just up the beach. If last year’s condo was our standard for a 10, this one is rated around 26. Large, great AC, tastefully decorated, really nice furniture and fixtures. Wraparound balcony can be entered from den or master bedroom. With a following wind, you can spit and reach the beach from the balcony (but don’t). Master windows overlook beach and pool. 2nd bedroom windows overlooks pool with a view of the beach. Building and amenities nice and well maintained. Prompt valet service, which is included with the condo. This is not a stripped rental unit, but a nicely furnished home that she is willing to share when not here. Owner is a sweetheart and very helpful, giving attention to all details. I am an organizational performance consultant and don’t hand out recommendations lightly, but I have been thoroughly impressed from first contact. The pictures with the listing did not do the property justice.

Our high expectations were finally satisfied when we found our home away from home on South Ocean Drive. After the purchase I was eager to use my profession as an interior designer on my own home to transform this unit into our perfect paradise. We were excited to share the unit with our family and friends, and we are now excited to share it with all of you. I am constantly redesigning, and buying new furniture and pieces to expand on the units beauty. Our hope is that those who decide to stay in this unit take full advantage of everything the unit and the city has to offer and that you leave feeling relaxed and alive!

My family and I purchased this property to act as the ultimate vacation paradise. Whether it's spending the day on the beach, taking a dip in the pool, or taking advantage of the dozens of restaurants, outlets, and opportunities we are presented in this lively area. The unit contains great aspects for every age group. We love our family time, however we also love that our kids can go down to the building's secured game room giving us the needed piece of mind to relax on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean, catch up on our reading in the building's library, take a dip in the pool, or any of the other amazing things we can do around the area. Whether your looking for a quiet romantic getaway for a full blown family affair this unit supports it all.
