Island Breeze Condos is located on beautiful Manasota Key, most well known for its secluded shell-laden beaches which makes a vacation here feel like an of Old Florida experience.

This condo has a small private deck with partial ocean views and views of Lemon Bay from the front door. It is fully furnished with all amenities you could possibly want. Everything you might need from a well-appointed kitchen and bed/bath linens, to everything you could want for the beach and pool - chairs, towels, toys, floats, and fishing poles. There are even bicycles available for use at your own risk. This is the perfect condo for couples or families.

With Lemon Bay at our private dock for your boating or fishing pleasure, our lovely pool right outside the front door and gulf sands of the six-mile Englewood Beach virtually at your doorstep via our beach access, this condo is your island paradise.

Take a short walk south to the newly developed facilities of Englewood beach or to gulf view restaurants featuring great food, fine drinks and wonderful live music. Don't forget to enjoy our famous and gorgeous Florida sunsets.

Perfect little get away

This property was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the pool, fishing off the docks and walking right across the street to the beach. Local restaurants 5 minutes down the street. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Highly recommend this propert and area.

Pros: unit was very clean, beach was a short distance across the street, all the items needed for the beach were provided, great location Cons: previous door between units does not block out any sounds, we were able to hear sound coming from the family next door and smell anything they cooked. The couch/sofa bed was broken so it was not usable. The couch was only able to be sat on if you sat directly in the middle. There was an air mattress provided but it deflated midway thru the night

The Key is Lovely!

Manasota Key is great! Our trip started a little rough, as we were given the wrong code for the door. It took about 45 minutes of either standing out in the heat or getting back in the car for A/C before that was solved. Multiple calls and texts finally got us a response, and once we got in the cold air felt like a dream! While waiting for the owners to respond back to us, we read the review posted just that day that said the pull-out couch was broken. As we were two friends traveling we wanted to sleep separately, and a broken pull-out was a big bummer. The owner assured us there was a nice air mattress we could use, but my friend opted for just sleeping on the couch, not pulled out. We had all the amenities we needed, as we ate our dinners out, so the fridge and microwave were enough for us. We didn’t use the hot plate, so can’t attest to that. All in all we had a great time, despite trouble getting in and a broken bed we only learned about from a previous guest. We would definitely come back to Manasota Key.

Couple days away

Property was great except for one thing. It smelled strongly like Indian cooking the entire time. So we don’t know if it was the condo or others cooking. Other than that it was great!

Awesome apartment

This was by far the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. It must have just been completely renovated. I can't say enough about how nice the apartment was. Great location, close to the beach. Apartment was quiet, away from the road. Bed was comfortable. Pool was great. Highly recommended. We stayed for a week in June, wish it could have been longer.
