Myrtle Beach stay

The property was excellent and, for the most part well kept. We did have an issue with water, broken/frozen pipes that took a long time to resolve, during which we had no water. But’s the beach was beautiful, access was simple and we enjoyed ourselves.

I was surprised to learn we had to makeOur own bed. Also this also highlighted the fact the blankets and bedspreads were not clean. Everyone bitched about having to make and then strip the beds. I will not be back again.

Large Family Dream Vacation

Our family of (14) adult kids and grands all met at this location for a delightful week of rest and relaxation. The position of this house is to die for. You just walk out to the beach that seemed almost private except for a few people walking their dogs now and then. We went in Sept/Oct so school was back in session and fewer travelers. It exceeded our expectations as far as space and layout as well. The setup of the main rooms is perfect for a large group. We did have a few issues with maintenance (leak in one of the bedrooms from an AC pipe, 1 of the 2 washers was not working) but they were quickly addressed and repaired by the mgmt co. We ordered most of our groceries from Instacart and they were delivered to our front door. The improvements I would say would be the front load washers stink as they all do so get rid of those, larger pots & pans to use and a better description of what is available in the home for use. We didn't know for sure so luckily some of us brought things to use because we do cook in large quantities for our group. Overall it was a dream vacation and we are determined to do this as often as possible. Sandy Toes is a beautiful, well-designed home that I would recommend to anyone.

Beach trip 2021

The house was in a great location, with perfect beach access and proximity to stores and restaurants. The house is beautiful although it does need some routine maintenance. We had a wonderful time with family from across the country.

Absolutely amazing!

We live in PA and drove down during March for my husband's 40th bday. 10 hour drive! Due to Covid, we couldn't have a big bash, so we decided to rent this property for a few days, just for for 3 of us. The house was SUPER clean! Absolutely beautiful. The pool was heated and perfect. My son and I used it every day. You are so close to the ocean, you can sit at the beautiful breakfast bar and watch the waves. I spent alot of time outside, but the house was STUNNING. The beds were extra comfy. Usually I am unimpressed with the beds at hotels/rentals. However, my husband and I both slept perfect. Clean bathrooms and showers. I literally have 0 complaints whatsoever. Everything was super clean, check in was a breeze, location was beautiful, outdoor space was great, house was immaculate. If you're debating renting this property, DO IT.

House is amazing and well kept.

Loved having a bath in every BR and that everything is doubled in the kitchen for a large group. Plenty of room for all. We called for a Ted ant problem and they came right away to spray. Would do this again

Covid Family Vacation

House was perfect. Wonderful to be able to walk down from the house to the beach and ocean. Since no public access to beach it was like having a private beach. Only negative was one of two refrigerators in kitchen did not work till Thursday (we checked in Saturday)
