Very convenient to slopes with the shuttle. Could easily ski to the lifts if there was more snow. Condo was well stocked. Hot tub and pool were very nice and a very short walk from the condo
Property staff very communicative. Easy Checkin and check out. Enjoyed the donut holes and local ground coffee they had ready for us when we arrived. Good location. Half way between Grand Teton Park and Jackson Hole.
Great property that suited our needs. Not a big place but suited our needs since we were mainly there just to sleep. Everything was as expected and would stay again.
Great location with easy access to Teton National Park and the city of Jackson. We enjoyed the local restaurants, the area was quiet and peaceful and the condo itself was clean and comfortable.
The location was perfect to visit the Grand Tetons and downtown Jackson. The condo had everything we needed for my wife and two boys (14 and 9). I would recommend this place to stay for anyone and would stay here again if we go back.
Very nice condo in Teton Village. Centrally located to shops and restaurants at Tetons and right near the south entrance to Grand Teton NP. Be aware that they do not have central air conditioning for those expecting that amenity, but would definitely recommend staying here!
Great location to Teton Village! We enjoyed walking to the village nightly. Also fairly close to GTNP for park access! Property was overall clean and had plenty of supplies/equipment (fans, cooking utensils, bear spray, etc.). We had a wonderful stay at Tensleep and would absolutely book again! Just wish there was an outdoor balcony to enjoy the scenery and wildlife that surrounded the condo! Would recommend!
We liked our stay and settled right in. One issue was there where no hangers for any of our clothes. We did leave a message with no response. We ended up purchasing them on our own. The view and location was great.
Very nicely kept place to settle in for the evening after a day of being out and about. I would have given 5 stars but the description doesn't state that this unit is on the 4th floor and you need to walk around the back of the building and up 2.5 flights of stairs to access the unit. It was fine for us, but some guests may find this difficult. Otherwise it was one of the nicest places we have stayed!
Cleaning people did not clean food out of the kitchen sink. Property manager said they would send someone over to resolve the problem, but no one showed up. No room to open a large suite case in the bedrooms. There would be a more room in bedrooms if they would remove the broken fans and store the extra linens in another place.

First, we apologize for the oversight in cleaning upon your arrival. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we’re very sorry that your unit did not meet our usual high standards. We also apologize for the miscommunication between our teams, which led to a lapse in service when a member of housekeeping did not show up as promised. This has been addressed internally to ensure that it doesn’t happen again in the future.
We also regret the lack of space in the bedrooms to open luggage during your stay. Since your stay, we have removed the broken fans and found a new location for extra linens. That being said, your feedback is valuable, and we’ve shared it with the homeowner should they wish to make further updates.

Convenient location but falling short of cleanliness and certain details
The condo is conveniently located in Teton Village. The shuttle bus to the Jackson Hole ski resort comes regularly and parks right outside of the condo.
Note that this condo is located on the third floor of the building, which was not a big problem for us but should be taken into consideration for those with concerns.
Also note that this condo only has one bathroom, which could make it crowded for three people and above.
On the day of arrival, we were notified by the management team of a one-hour delay in check-in time, and we were reimbursed for this delay. We were happy with the communication and appreciated the reimbursement.
After we checked in, we noticed multiple issues relating to the condition and sanitation of the apartment, including a missing smoke detector, a spillage on the living room ceiling, spilled wine on the living room couch and a couch pillow, a sticky marshmallow/gum on the floor in one bedroom, missing hand soap and sponge in the kitchen, etc. We reported these issues to the management. The team was quick to reply and supplied us with sponge and offered a complimentary mid-stay cleaning. We were happy with the responsiveness, but we wish the apartment had been in better shape and had been cleaned properly before we arrived.
We really enjoyed our stay at Tensleep. It’s conveniently located to both the park and Jackson. The property had great amenities, easy parking, and was within walking distance of Teton Village.
Perfect accommodation for our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers). Easy access to Teton Village by shuttle or walking. We didn't drive anywhere once we arrived. Great view. Pool/hot tub accessibility. Quiet 3rd story unit.
I stayed here with 2 friends in February 2022. The unit was modest, but had everything we needed. Getting to the mountain is easy: a shuttle comes every ~15 minutes, but even if you miss it, it's only a ~0.5 mile walk to the base. You can ski back even closer (depending on how much snow is on the side of the road). The only downside was the lack of a place to store our stuff before check-in/after check-out, but we managed.
