We apologize for the disappointment regarding the hot tub. Sundance Swim & Tennis Club is managed independently, so its seasonal closure dates are not determined by our team. We strive to be as transparent as possible when communicating amenity availability and appreciate your understanding. Regarding the laundry area, while this space is managed by the HOA, we regret the impact the rain and flooding had on your stay. We’ve shared your concerns with them, and they’ve advised that they are working toward a long-term solution. Had we been made aware of the flooding during your stay, we would have been happy to explore alternative laundry options, including laundry service, to help minimize the inconvenience. Thank you also for your feedback on the living room furniture. We’re making thoughtful updates this fall and appreciate the opportunity to improve the home. We’ve also updated the listing to remove the reference to a balcony, as we understand how this description could have been misleading given that the only outdoor landing is at the top of the entry stairs. We apologize for the confusion. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we’re very sorry that your unit did not meet our usual high standards. We also apologize for the miscommunication between our teams, which led to a lapse in service when a member of housekeeping did not show up as promised. This has been addressed internally to ensure that it doesn’t happen again in the future. We also regret the lack of space in the bedrooms to open luggage during your stay. Since your stay, we have removed the broken fans and found a new location for extra linens. That being said, your feedback is valuable, and we’ve shared it with the homeowner should they wish to make further updates.
