This unit is located only 1/2 block from the beach and is conveniently located to many of the attractions that Ocean City has to offer. You'll only be a few short blocks from the start of the famous boardwalk, Ocean City Convention Center, Jolly Rogers, mini golf and many fantastic bars and restaurants! It's also a strategic location for events at the Convention Center, Ocean City inlet, West Ocean City and Salisbury.
This beautiful unit features a large fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You'll also enjoy a jetted tub, fireplace, flat screen TVs in every room and wireless internet. There is a large balcony with several rockers and a picnic table for eating outside and enjoying the summer breezes. Two assigned parking spots are included with this property and makes it the perfect choice for car/motorcycle events. This unit is located next door to an additional 3-bedroom unit we rent and is perfect for large families or group of families looking to vacation together!

THINGS TO KNOW:

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Sapphire Sea is an elevator building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* Outdoor shower
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 35th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Beautiful Beach Condo

The beach condo was large, clean, and gorgeously decorated. It feels like a great deal of love and care was put into each piece of decor in the condo. A convenient 400 foot walk to the beach. Terrace has ocean views! We definitely look forward to going back!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo, very comfortable and spacious, with an amazing view of the ocean and the bay from the large balcony. Very close to the beach, which was great, and free parking for 2 cars! The 3rd bedroom does not have bunk beds, as pictured. They've been set up as 2 twin beds, which was fine for our group. One note, check out instructions say all dishes must be washed, dried, and put away before you leave. That was kind of inconvenient, since you have to be out by 10. I've Never rented a place where we couldn't put the breakfast dishes in the dishwasher and leave it running when we left. Overall, an excellent condo, and we'd love to come back!

Ocean City Bike Fest

We came in for Ocean City Bike Fest. This condo was amazing! It was exactly as described.....beautiful, clean and very well stocked with all the comforts of home. The location was perfect and the bus stop was a very short walk. We came with another couple and had a wonderful time. We look forward to coming back next year. Very nice condo in great location

This condo is very nice. The location is great within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Comfortable beds and seating. The photos do not reflect a new, large, sectional sofa in the living room which provides more seating than the photos show. There are also two chairs in the living room. This building is steps from the beach and there's a view of the ocean from the spacious balcony. A few things to note. You will need to bring toilet paper and shampoo/soap. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 but it was late so they gave us an additional hour for checkout. We were coming for a three-day music festival that was canceled due to Hurricane Ian and severe weather. We could not get any refund so I recommend getting the insurance. We thought they would have allowed us to pick another date but they did not. Aside from that, it was a really good experience. Barn 34 restaurant is right at the end of the street and is REALLY good.

Steps from the beach and ocean this great unit makes you feel like you neverleft home Spacious and well appointed We spent a week w my 3 year old, 16 mos year old grand children and their parents We never felt like we were in each other’s way Kitchen w pots pans and all utensils u need. Great side view of the ocean from balcony equipped w 4 rocking chairs and picnic table. Located a short walk to restaurants Jolly Roger about 8 blocks to the boardwalk I always had my doubt about VRBO’s and AB&B but this unit wiped away all those fears Couldn’t have been any better Would b our go to should we go back to OC next year

Amazing property

We had a great experience with both the property owners and staying in this condo. The condo was extremely clean and in a great location. Assigned parking allowed us to never be concerned about finding a spot. We absolutely loved the large balcony and sat on it almost every night looking at the ocean. The only thing to be aware of is that the pictures show a set of bunkbeds, and when we arrived the beds were two twin beds. Because we had three children staying in that room we had counted on the bunkbeds and brought our own air mattress. We easily shifted the beds to make space, but it was just different than the pics. There was also a cot in the closet that we could’ve used. I loved the security of the building in that you need a code to get onto the elevator, and then the code to your room. We would absolutely stay here again! It was wonderful in all aspects!
