Was a great stay! Home is as described. Great place to stay with family. Nice and close to the beach. Very comfortable, with lots to do nearby. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.

The house was spacious, clean, and well decorated. It was conviently located near restaurants, stores, and the beach. Jim, the host, was very accommodating. My sisters were pleased with my choice this time.

Excellent beach house for a family to stay! Lots of space and very comfortable. The beach is a few steps away which makes it easy to haul chairs, etc... There are so many restaurants and things to do close by in walking distance. Loved our week staying in this beautiful beach home!

We’ve really enjoyed The Cottage for the past 2 years and plan to return again. The cleanliness, quality of the spaces, proximity to the beach and amenities make it a great experience for our family! The host is also very friendly and responsive.

Loved our stay at your place. The decor was very beachy and appropriate, we all loved the way it was decorated! Very short walk to the beach, even shorter than we thought it would be!

Great OC condo

We love staying in this place. Its is clean, comfortable and spacious. The beach is a quick 100 yd walk and never very crowded. There are some great food places nearby in walking distance (King Cone, Ponzettis, Grab and Go Taco). Highly recommend for families.
