Decorated in soothing designer colors with a coastal feel, the unit has a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom; two bunk beds in a hallway alcove, a 2nd bathroom with shower, and open concept full size kitchen with all new full size stainless steel appliances, dining area and living room with a sleeper sofa..

Located right on the beach, this spacious one bedroom two bath condo has breathtaking Gulf views, updated floors and appliances and sleeps six. Decorated in soothing designer colors with a coastal feel, the unit has a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with shower/tub; two bunk beds in a hallway alcove, a 2nd bathroom with shower, and open concept full size kitchen with all new full size stainless steel appliances, dining area and living room with a sleeper sofa. Being on the 17th floor means you have fabulous unobstructed views of the Gulf for miles!

We've equipped the bathrooms with new fluffy white towels and high end eco-friendly toiletries, including lotion. All mattresses are fully encased in bed bug proof covers. In addition to a coffee maker, blender and toaster, the kitchen has all the basics you need to whip up family favorite recipes or a romantic dinner on the balcony. The living room is a great place to entertain with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The balcony is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise over a cup a coffee or watch it set with a glass of wine while listening to the soothing ocean waves. Plus, you'll have access to all of Pelican Beach Resort's numerous amenities that include an outdoor swimming pool, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, workout facilities, tiki bar, coin operated laundry facilities on each floor, and the private white sand beach! Perfect for families, couples, or business travelers - Pelican Beach Resort is ideally located right on the beach and is close to numerous shops, restaurants, spas and water parks so anything you want is just minutes away making this the perfect destination for your dream beach vacation!

You'll have access to all of Pelican Beach Resort's numerous amenities that include outdoor swimming pool, kiddies pool, indoor-outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, video game room, workout facilities, tiki bar, coin operated laundry facilities on each floor, and the private white sand beach!

Pelican beach resort is a smoke-free environment.

Three adult size beach chairs are stored in the condo and are available for the use of our guests. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrella from a vendor located on the beach in front of the resort.

We loved this place. The location was perfect. Right on the beach. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs with a tiki bar. I also liked that this property had security guards keeping an eye out for us. I didnt have to worry about someones stealing my car!

Always a wonderful time at the Pelican Beach Resort

This is our 4th time staying at the Pelican Beach Resort, and we’ve enjoyed our stay every time! Ragip’s condo had a marvelous view overlooking the ocean! Very clean, and was super relaxing for a weekend getaway. Would highly recommend to all visitors looking to travel to the Destin area.

Great location on the beach...no walking from other side of busy road. Condo was beautiful and clean. There are 3 pools and 2 hot tubs that were clean and beautiful! Would highly recommend!

We only stayed for a couple nights, and our weather wasn’t the best but the place was great. Location was great. Loved looking out on the beach. We would definitely stay again. Boys loved to fish right off the beach. We saw so many dolphins and sting rays from our balcony.

Had a wonderful time here with my family. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The unit was super clean and had all of the comforts of home! The location is ideal and within walking distance to quite a bit. There’s a cafe on site that has really good food and service! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great Weekend

We stayed for the the long holiday weekend. Even in January we were able to swim in the heated pool that is half inside and half outside. We also enjoyed the hot tub. This rental is in a great location. We had shopping and plenty of restaurants and activities within a ten minute drive. The owner checked on us via email throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place was clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. The view was amazing from the balcony all the way into the kitchen. Beach was beautiful as always. Will stay at Pelican Beach again but maybe not on the 17th floor. A little too high for me but did help us see dolphins every day.

Great condo

The condo was great for small family. Elevators were quick with plenty of luggage carts. Great proximity to places to eat and shop. My only complaint is the chair rentals is chaotic and all the front row chair are taken by condos already so i think its impossible to rent a chair right on the water and they are stickers about not sitting your chairs at the edge of the water. Would pay extra to have chair rental included in the vrbo.

This was our second stay in this same unit. We will continue to rent from him. Very nice unit with an excellent view. We also met the owner Ragip who was extremely polite and very nice. We had two minor issues. The cable box would not work. He came by and sent maintenance. The box had to be replaced which was handled the very next morning by the cable company. It is a smart tv so we had access to apps to watch. He also delivered a brand new keurig.There is beach chairs and an umbrella. No need to rent one unless you want to.
