Congratulations!!!! You have finally found the Best Condo @ PELICAN BEACH RESORT! It is decorated 'Just For YOU.'

Unit 905 is a GULF FRONT condo with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Best Views from the 9th Floor! You will enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and the breathtaking sunsets on the balcony. This condo was recently decorated with BRAND NEW furniture and new flooring throughout the condo in 2023!

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The lighting is amazing! Our dining room table seats four and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats two.

Don't forget the fun-filled built-in bunk beds with lights & WALL-MOUNTED 19-inch FLAT SCREEN televisions.

The living area has a NEW 70-inch flat panel TV and a queen sleeper sofa!

The GORGEOUS & NEW Master Suite has a King size bed and a 49-inch flat panel TV.

AWESOME VIEWS!!!!! The balcony has four chairs and two small tables for watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Pelican Beach Resort features a selection of amenities which include a choice of 4 pools (One of which is an indoor pool), a fitness center including wet and dry steam rooms, a Video Game Room, Outdoor Grills, a Covered Parking Garage, 2 tennis courts, Tiki Hut, Market Cafe, and a hot tub.

NOTE - The 4th Pool and 2nd Hottub were added to the beach side of the building.

Great place to stay in Destin! Close to great restaurants and shopping. Just a few miles from Destin Commons and the Destin Harbor areas.

This is our second time at the Pelican Resort and this time was just as great as the last time. The owners were wonderful and understanding of anything that popped up last minute for us and were a joy to communicate with. Would come back every month if possible!

Spring Break 2025

Pelican Beach Resort was a great place to stay with two great pools, hot tubs, and easy beach access. Pools are heated on cooler days. Long wait for the elevators was our only complaint.

Relaxing & Fun Honeymoon

We had an amazing stay and absolutely loved this condo! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The Gulf views were breathtaking — we started every morning with coffee and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the crystal-clear water.The thoughtful touches and amenities really stood out — from the well-stocked kitchen to extras like the beach cooler, which made our days by the water even better.This was the perfect place for our honeymoon, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year.If we had to mention anything, the bed was very uncomfortable, but nothing that took away from our overall enjoyment. Truly a five-star experience!

Condo was as advertised, very nice location, beautiful view. Very clean. Owners were readily available. Could use some updated kitchen ware (pans and sharper knives). Was pretty humid (Florida lol) but this did make the coffee table kinda of tacky/sticky. Other than those minor things, was very enjoyable

Family Beach Trip

Beautiful condo

We visited mid April and the condo and property were beautiful. We found the tiki bar and cafe very convenient for beach and poolside refreshments. The condo had everything we needed for quick morning meals and snacks. The master bed was very comfortable and master bath had great water pressure. We will for sure be back.

Beautiful Condo

The condo and the resort were clean and safe. The pools were cleaned every morning. Only thing I would recommend is to book beach chairs as early as you can, its first come first serve, since I didn't book until the week prior, we were never in the front row, which means we never got to sit on the water. Being 3 and 4 rows back you don't get to see much of the water.

Relaxing Stay

I really enjoyed staying at this condo. It's exactly as pictured on the site. Everything was very clean at check in. The check in process was very easy. There is parking by the entrance to unload and load all of your luggage. They have plenty of baggage carts. There is a garbage chute at the end of the hallway. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pans. It was a breeze to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The view from the balcony is amazing. We saw so many dolphins jumping out in the ocean. The host's gave us all the information we needed. We can't wait to come back during the summer.

Uncomfortable

The pictures of the listing are accurate. It’s nicely decorated and the communication with the host was perfect. The cafe, beach service, and tiki bar on the property was nice and the food was pretty good. The biggest con for us aside from the tap dancing elephants in the unit above that kept us up half the night was the living room furniture. It may be new like the listing says but it was unbearably uncomfortable. The couch and chair felt broken down. You feel like you sink to the floor. The lack of support in the couch cushions means the edge of the couch feels like a hard bar digging into the back of your legs. I get the need to protect the mattress but a pad with plastic makes you over heat especially when you can’t turn the AC down below 72. The mattress itself was comfortable though. The furniture despite being new really needs to be replaced with ones more durable and comfortable.

Nice Unit with the Perfect Ocean View

Nicely renovated unit exactly as advertised, although the unit was slightly older than expected. Pros: Nice wood floors and living room furnishings. Bunk beds with TVs in the hallway are a fun bonus! And the ocean view from this unit is PERFECT! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed for cooking or grilling. Cons: I would recommend that the owners upgrade the master bedroom mattresses and bed linens. At this price point, guests expect a more comfortable and luxurious bed with crisp/fresh linens. Also, I would give the housekeeping a B- since on day 1, we found stray hairs in the master bath and bedroom that were not ours, which we know for sure since we had literally just checked in. Luckily, I travel with cleaning supplies and plastic gloves; while it was gross, I was able to quickly clean it up. It’s just the principle that the unit may not have been cleaned as well as expected. The main con, while not the fault of the owners, is that Pelican Beach Resort only has a limited amount of space on the beach reserved for its guests, which gets crowded very early. And if you bring your own beach chairs/umbrella as we did, you will be required to sit behind rows of beach chairs rented by the resort which means that you will have an extremely limited view of the ocean while sitting on the beach. Even if you rent from the resort, you will still have the same problem since the resort’s beachfront section is really small. Still, we enjoyed our stay!
