The Sea Spray Cottages are an adorable group of 4 Units located in the North End of Anna Maria, West of Gulf Drive and only a few houses to the highly acclaimed Gulf Beach.

Sea Spray 1 is a stand alone cottage with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath located at the front left of the property. Comfortable beachy furnishings and a full kitchen with Granite Counter Tops and Stainless Steel Appliances.

This unit has its own propane grill along with an outdoor dining area in the rear of the home. The complex shares a laundry room on the rear of the property. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. The front door enters into the spacious open concept living area, perfect for entertaining the family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and there are two twins in the guest bedroom.

You will absolutely love the short stroll to the beach as well as the Island charm offered by the quaint four-plex.

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 50lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

PARKING: 1 car maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

So close to the beach, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We loved all the turtles, and other wildlife on our short walk to the beach. The house was a perfect size, and had everything you need for a nice stay on Anna Maria Island.

Perfect spot to enjoy AMI

We loved this beach cottage. About 5 houses from the beach and a 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants on Pine Street. Everything was clean and stocked for our arrival. It’s not fancy, but is nicely decorated and comfortable.

It was better than we ever expected. Just a couple houses down from the beach. So it was so easy to get your toes in sand or even see a beautiful sunset. Home was clean and nicely decorated. Can’t wait for our next stay

1114 Oak Ave Rental Property

The rental house was just what we needed size wise and was nearly on the beach with minimal walk required. We were not far from some of the best places on the island to eat for meals and ice cream. Would definitely come back to this one.

Beach paradise

We stayed a week. The cottage was the fourth house from the beach. An easy stroll. The cottage itself is older but pretty well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. Everything worked. We had no problems. We would definitely go back.

Had to purchase a ramp to get inside. Also the bathroom door and the bedroom door were too narrow for my power chair.. the host was very responsive , immediately came and removed the doors. Kitchen was. Well stocked and convenient.

Sleep and laundry are fundamentals of a great beach vacation

The location was fantastic the accommodations themselves were good (new paint, new trim…things looked nice) however…the beds were uncomfortable and hot (polyester bedding, no mattress pads) and the laundry area and outdoor shower were filthy. Second day into the vacation the cleaning woman overloaded the washer which they had repaired just 3 days earlier. Mgmt company responded but never followed through. HVAC unit looks like its life is short too. Not a good scenario for a great, hassle free vacation.

Honeymoon excellence

Lovely little stand alone cottage

This place is exactly like the pictures but what you can’t see is how truly close the beach is and how quiet the location is as well. We stayed four nights and really enjoyed the island and our accommodations.

Great Cottage just steps from the Beach with everything you need

Very well maintained property. Small but very cozy with a lot of decorative finishing touches that really make it feel more like a home than a rental. Perfect for maybe a couple and two kids. Lots of sitting space with a couch, multiple chairs, and a very useful large kitchen island with ample bar stool seating as well. So it really does not feel crowded at all. Having a washer and dryer right out back is a big convenience. The large patio was very nice to for sitting in the evenings. Also was surprised to see a very functional and well maintained grill with a full gas canister. A few good restaurants within a short walk as well was nice. I woudl highly recommend it.
