Stay by the bay! This 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse offers bay views and a boat slip, making it a wonderful place to enjoy! This upside-down style unit features a second-floor great room as the main living space, complete with a bay view. Adjacent to the living area is a bayside deck overlooking the dock and boat slip, with a table & chairs for relaxing, enjoying a cocktail, or bayside dining. Another second-floor deck off the bedroom provides a completely different view of Avalon?s wetlands. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, including one with its own bayside deck. For the boater, the IntraCoastal Waterway is just several hundred yards away, and Townsend?s Inlet is easy to access. Avalon?s business district is 3-4 blocks away, and the beach is about 7 blocks away. When you're not on the dock or the boat, relax on one of the bayside decks and take in the sights and sounds of the water - passing boats and birds will delight you, or simply enjoy the breeze!
