This property is pet friendly with approval, making it easy to bring your four legged family members along for the trip.
Additional features include central air, in unit washer and dryer, shared pool, private propane grill and off street parking for 2 cars.
Important Notes:
- Pool area will be open by 05/23/26 and closed on 09/26/26 then pool will be open by 05/22/27 and closed on 09/25/27 and closed all other dates.
- Linens, towels, toiletries and beach tags and equipment are not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own.
- The coolest A/C setting is 70 degrees, and the warmest heat setting is 75 degrees.
- Strict No Parties Rule: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked for any period due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME. Please review full lease details prior to booking.
Pet Policy: We are pet friendly! Prior pet approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. Our pet fee is $50 PER DAY for ONE pet. We require the name, breed and a photo of your pet prior to approval (some restrictions apply). If the pet is not disclosed before your stay, expect charge of $250 per day, per pet, and/or termination of lease.
Notice: Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes. We require photo ID for any guest age 18+ prior to your stay.
