Walk to everything Avalon has to offer! This 3 story townhome is perfect for a family that enjoys walking to the beach, bay and town. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath upside down townhome sleeps 8. First floor includes 2 bedrooms, full bath, laundry room and garage. Second floor includes a wide open kitchen, dining area and living room. Sliding glass doors to the bayside deck are located off of the living area. The 3rd bedroom located on the second floor has a bunk bedbunk bed is twin over double and a hall bath. Enjoy beautiful sunsets while sitting on the second floor deck or relaxing by the gas fireplace on a cool night. The third floor includes the master suite with a queen bed and a private bath. Sunset views can also be seen from the master bedroom deck. The home is complete with a gas BBQ grill, central air, wireless internet, outside shower and off street parking.
