This 4 BR house (built in 2002) is 2 1/2 blocks to beach. 1st FL has bath w/spa shower, laundry room, and 1 BR w/queen. 2nd FL has kitchen, dining area, powder room, and LR w/deck. 3rd FL has BR #2w/king size bed and full bath with whirlpool tub. BR #3 w/queen, BR #4 with 3 twins size beds. Garage included.

Great location, close to town, steps away from shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Wonderful Avalon Rental

My family and I spent a week at Beth's Avalon house. The house was exactly as described and the location was great. The house was incredibly clean and Beth was a wonderful and very responsive host. I highly recommend this rental.

Avalon Wedding Adventure

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for my son's wedding in May and it was absolutely perfect! The location is the best - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The property manager was wonderful - communicated with us every step of the way and made our stay so easy. The home is so comfortable and accommodated all 9 of us so that we never felt cramped. Everything you need to make a stay in Avalon perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach House!

My family and I stayed here for a week and had a great time. The property owner (Mary Beth) was very easy to work with and attentive to any question. The house is clean and spacious and a good fit for families. The location put you in walking distance of the beach, the bay and Dune Drive (the main street for shops and restaurants). We would definitely rent this house again.

Great House and Great Location.

The house was awsome. My family loved it. The owner of the property, Mary, was amazing. Great communication. She even let us know we could check in a little early because the previous renter had left the night before and the cleaner was able to get in early.

Just a wonderful stay & location

From our early booking this home, Mary Beth was wonderful in her communication and she provided us with clear instructions on process and procedure. The home is extremely comfortable for a large group as we were traveling with extended family. We utilized SJ Linens for bedding and this arrived prior to our arrival and Mary Beth was so sweet to move it into the garage for us. She was a great host and this is simply a great home with a great location.

Lovely Avalon beach house in prime location

Had a great time staying here with my family! The house is in a great location and has plenty of space! We loved being so centrally located and being able to walk everywhere from the beach to Wawa to all the local stores in Avalon. Mary Beth was a great host and was very easy to reach and communicate with! She was also very flexible with our check in / check out time, which made a huge difference with our stay and made our time so much more enjoyable! Would definitely come back here again.

A hidden gem!

We have always gone to Sea Isle but wanted to give Avalon a try. The price for this house could not be beat! The proximity to mini golf, ice cream, the arcade, shops, and Kohler’s Bakery was perfect! Parts of the house are a little “worn” but everything was clean.

Very nice, family oriented house to spend your beach vacation.

House is very clean and laid out with the extended family in mind. Has everything you need for your stay. Close to restaurants, shopping, convenience store, and activities. No need for the car as you can walk everywhere. Multiple decks are handy for anyone wanting to get away. Roof deck is great for catching the sunrise! We hope to stay here in the future!

Great Stay in Avalon!

Highly recommend this stay! House was roomy, very clean, and plenty of outdoor decks! Host was very communicative and the house is very close to shops, mini-golf, Wawa, beach access and plenty of parking. House has plenty of dishes, but you would need to supply your own basic spices and oil to do any basic cooking. There are a lot of steps, in case you are visiting with older family members, like me, but we knew up front that would be the case.

Terrific Week in Avalon, NJ at a Terrific Location

This house is perfect for our 2 families with a total of 9 people. Everyone had their own bed - with a boys and girls suite upstairs that share a bathroom and 2 solo bedrooms for the adults. The location is absolutely perfect. You can walk to everything you need - Wawa, Hoys, Supermarket, all the Shops, mini golf, and ice cream. The owner is an absolute gem. She communicates regularly about everything - which is so nice. She is very responsive and willing to do anything to make your stay great - which ours was. I highly recommend this property to anyone who loves a great vacation - because that is what our family had here - thank you Mary Beth.

Mary Beth is such a wonderful host great communication easy to deal with full of information. The house was exactly as stated in the ad .
