The cottage is located on the edge of the town of Mauriac, just a 5-minute walk from the town center where all the shops and services are located (banks, post offices, doctors ...). Refurbished, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen / dining room, a living room and a bedroom area with two single beds, two bedrooms (1 bed for 2 people in each), and a bathroom.

The lake is ideally located about 10 minutes on foot. Many walks or long hikes can be made in the surroundings.
