Conveniently located POOLSIDE on the first floor with a private patio to enhance your living/relaxing space. The condo was recently refreshed and additional upgrades were added. The tiled living area features a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and a ceramic cook top and lovely granite counters for easy cleanup. The entire unit was custom painted adorned with beachy wainscoting, crown molding and plantation shutters. The carpeted bedroom has plenty of storage so you can get comfortable during your stay.
