The Beach was not very nice at all

Condo was awesome!!! We had to fix disposal and the hot water heater wasn’t on. Cold shower very first day. Husband turned on the water heater and fixed the disposal. As for the beach, sand burrs as we were walking out the very first day. I have never had a sand burrs in the sand, only in the grassy area. The beach looked like it had weeds on it. The water came in every night and it smelled because water was stagnet. I have been coming to Florida for 25 years and have never seen a beach this bad. You can’t walk very far on the beach because there is a marina at one end and then you can’t go the other way due to trees. I’m a beach person and love to walk in the beach or run. I’m 60 years old and honestly I’m a very positive person. I still enjoyed the trip, I would never come back to this area.

We had a fantastic stay in this condo. Very clean and loved the end

We had a great experience at this lovely condo. We had our two boys and had plenty of space. Complex was quiet and everyone was nice. Very clean and plenty of space! Would stay again

Great place!! It’s beautiful and we had a wonderful time!!

Right on the beach! So beautiful and the condo was beautiful inside. The only issue we had was that the floors were very dirty so we kinda cleaned them up a little and the code for the door wouldn’t work many times and had to get the bypass key, but it was fine overall. It’s a nice relaxing place with everything just down the street. Very safe area and safe condo complex! We would stay again!

Nice Condo

Everything we needed for a week stay was available. Very satisfied over all only complaint was the patio floor was very dirty.

Beautiful beach and views! The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

We normally stay on the north end or mid-island, so we enjoyed the quieter, south area. We discovered some restaurants and shops that will we truly enjoyed. We definitely will return!

Great Time but...

Condo is wonderful, well supplied/stocked with biggest patio/lanai we've ever had. Only concern/complaint is just the initial arrival. Buildings have no markings like others we've stayed (A, B, C etc.) so we had no idea where condo was in complex. If condo association doesn't want that fine, it should've been mentioned in our arrival packet (such as use elevator by lobby). We met 3 other couples who had the same problem. Other problem was consistant noise from construction plus the terrible roads. We did the majority of our meals in Bonita. Hopefully by next spring they are further along.
