Awesome place!

Plenty of space for 6 of us for a bachelor party. Super clean, super comfortable, and easy Uber ride to downtown and other amenities close by. Definitely recommend!

Great Spot

The property comes as advertised & the communication with the host is great. The neighborhood isn't the best, but it is improving. Would stay here again.

Weekend bachelor trip

We enjoyed our stay over the weekend. There were 8 of us for a bachelor party and had plenty of room. The place was clean and we had everything we would need. Thanks again!

Good stay for friends, furniture was different from listing on vrbo other than that it was awesome and clean. Had some trouble getting correct code from start but communication was on point

Bachelor Group

Brought a group of guys for a golf weekend combined with trips to broadway and CMA Fest. The house was perfectly located and communication was fantastic and I would absolutely stay again.

Really nice and clean but a little far from Broadway

Super nice property with plenty of room for a large group. The furniture was comfortable and everything was very clean. For those planning on spending time on Broadway late at night, a place closer might be better for you to save time and money getting there and back. But if you are gonna be in the place a decent amount, stay here!

Perfect girl trip

The property was perfect for our group of 7. The only negative thing was the area it is located. Every Uber driver warned us about how dangerous the neighborhood is and we need to be careful.

Bachelorette weekend

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property and would rent here again. The kitchen was lacking some minor essentials such as kitchen towels/wash rags etc. And the rooms are very bright early in the morning, curtains would have been a nice addition. Overall good and location is a quick less than 10 minutes to downtown.

1st time in Nashville

The townhouse was nice and clean but could definitely use some general upkeep and repairs. I found several things that were broke or loose. The only parking was on the street, which I did not like at all. The area just didn't seem like a nice, safe place to be. To be honest, I just really wasn't impressed that much with Nashville.

Need to improve plumbing

The one issue that our group had is with the toilets in the bathrooms of the upper level bedrooms. The toilets would not flush all the way and we constantly had to use a plunger in order for it to go down. Overall the house was very nice and accommodating.
