Inviting, fully equipped, open Kitchen is ideal for entertaining or cooking in. Open floor plan & large ocean front patio invites you, friends and family to gather, relax and enjoy.

In unit small load washer/dryer and all new kitchen appliances. Linen's, bath towels and YES - beach towels are included. Free Internet WiFi is available for guest use. Easy Elevator access- Quiet 3rd floor location with wonderful direct view of beautiful Tybee beach from spacious balcony. Relax on the balcony while watching the amazing cargo ships sail past.... fishing trawlers and passing dolphins are also part of the ever changing view!

Lighthouse Point is private with a gated entrance and offers 2 pools, a kiddie pool, tennis/pickleball courts and direct beach access. We hope you enjoy our condo and your stay on Tybee Island.

You must be at least 25 yrs of age to rent this unit - proof of ID required. No Smoking, Fire Arms or Pet's allowed.

The ONLY elevator in the complex services your unit (31C). It can be found to the right of parking space, just past the staircase, around the corner on right. There you will also find luggage carts for your convenience- please return after you’ve unloaded your gear.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Clean off beach chairs and lean neatly against the 308 AC unit.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Fire Arms in Unit - please secure in vehicle.

Any missing, broken or lost items from unit will be deducted from deposit. Contact me of property damage and include pics of damage when it occurs.

Treat our unit as you would if it were yours... keep the noise down after 10pm. You are 100% responsible for the actions of your guests. Have fun

Location and views are excellent only a steps away from the beach. Quite and peaceful place. Unit was clean and felt like home away from home.

Watch cargo ships pass by so close that feels like you can just reach out and touch it.

We had an enjoyable stay. Loved the balcony views of the ocean! Unit was comfortable & clean and as advertised. Great location close to attractions including lighthouse and science center, shopping & dining.

Excellent place for a quiet beach vacation

We stayed here for seven nights at the end of July 2025. Despite the outside temps being obscenely hot that week, we had a great vacation. Spent lots of time exploring the beach nearby, and also drove into Savannah most days/evenings. The unit itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a successful beach week. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for a family getaway!

Our family stayed here for 4th of july weekend and I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. The condo was clean, property was well-kept, and the view was breathtaking. Not to mention the property manager, Tiffany, was just the sweetest! We will definitely book here again!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this unit the minute we walked thru the door and saw nothing but beach and Atlantic ocean in front of us (and from Master Bedroom!). This building is also serviced by the only elevator in the Light House Point Complex. (Note: As of this writing the elevator is under repair from damage done by recent hurricanes).
