Beautiful kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils. Cable, wireless internet, and all utilities included. Views are outstanding with pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, business center and club room access. Gas grills available for use by pool. Fishing dock access. (1) reserved parking spot for you, additional parking available. Peaceful setting, close to shopping, parks, and a short drive to many of the best beaches that Florida has to offer. Background check and interview required by condo association.
