Enjoy everything this area has to offer. Gorgeous, designer furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath villa has been remodeled and is new inside. Enjoy an open floor plan, volume ceilings, plenty of storage, covered parking and pool access. Completely furnished with every amenity including kitchen tools, linens, towels and staple items. Super clean inside, updated with marble countertops, new flooring, new bathrooms and brand new appliances. 1 Gig Wifi, smart HDTV and front load washer / dryer inside unit. Screened patio with bistro to enjoy your coffee outside with the birds in the morning. Just bring your toothbrush.

Safe, quiet community offers a pool, shuffleboard, nature walks etc. and is convenient to shopping and restaurants. HOA has certain guidelines. Max 4 people, 2 small dogs allowed, max 2 cars.
