The apartment has a perfect location in the city center, just a few blocks away from the Malecon, where you can find a lot of restaurants, shops and bars. It’s just one block away from the beach, no more than 100 meters away from the apartment.
The apartment is band new, just remodeled.

The space- It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a couch on the living room. There is A/C in the bedroom and a fan in the living room .It has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee machine, and utensils.
There is a staircase to get to the apartment, not a big one, since it´s in the first floor.

Location- The location has easy access to public transportation, taxi, buses. Very easy walk to the main attractions, such as the Malecon.
Despite being on a main street the neighborhood is quiet at night.

Sweet little apartment.

The furnishings are austere but it’s homey. For those who complained about the traffic noise go visit NYC.

Amazing!

Better than advertised. While the road outside is very noisy, it's background after the first night. Central location, close to the Malecon, supermarket, farmacia and OxxO. Excellent amenities, very clean and the host was very welcoming. Would definitely stay again

North of downtown cutie

Had a lovely time. It was exactly as described. I slept on the couch trundle and it was perfect. Traffic was noisy, but easy access to zona romantica and all the activities. Would come back!

Place was homey, spacious and all items needed for month stay. There is a lot of road noise but after a couple of nights you get very used to the noise. Great walking distance to the Malecon to great restaurants and local vendors. Would recommend highly

Apartment near the beach and mslecon

The apartment was the same as what was advertised in the listing. We found it very comfortable and were pleased with this apartment. It is very close to the beach and to activities. This apartment is on a Main Street so the traffic noise was a bit high but that’s nothing the owners can change. Overall we were very pleased with is apartment.

Great location, and Paulina is a fantastic host. Her responses to questions were practically instantaneous and always concise and helpful.There's no pool, so that may be a drawback if bringing children or in rainy summer months when the beach water is more funky.Beach access is excellent, but Playa Camarones is small and there are alot of stones - not just a smooth sandy beach for wading into the water. It's not an issue for me personally, but elderly folks and children could find it cumbersome.My original plan was a 10 day stay, and I ended up there for 3 weeks.I hope it's availabile for my next visit!

Great location

The unit is close to the beach, restaurants, laundry shop and a bank. Any unit in center town will be noisy, but this one was especially noisy around 06:30 in the morning, and between 05:00 and 8:00 in the evening. We stayed 4 weeks in this unit, and we found the noise to be bearable after a while. Lastly, the unit was clean and well taken care of.
