You wake up to warm light filling a freshly renovated apartment four blocks from Playa Camarones, in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's 5 de Diciembre neighborhood. Step onto the shared terrace with your coffee and you're looking at rooftops, palms, and a slice of Banderas Bay.

The Malecón is an 8 minute walk south. The Romantic Zone and Olas Altas are about 20 minutes on foot. The neighborhood runs on small taquerias, corner coffee shops, and a farmers market 4 blocks away.
